“Due to problems with the grower, the first bouquet was substandard. The replacement flowers were the same but the third bouquet sent as a replacement was beautiful. The customer service team were excellent and didn't quibble about sending free replacement flowers.”

“The orchid arrived with every leaf detached and piled one upon the other. The leaves were piled in such a way that they could not have just dropped off naturally and the plant does not look as if it will survive. The plant was sent to a lady for her ninetieth birthday, so I am naturally very disappointed at its condition and intend to contact 'post-a-rose.com' to request a replacement.”
