“I sent some roses to an elderly deaf friend, she didnt hear the door so the roses went back to the post office, by the time she picked them up they were past their best, Post -a -Rose sent her a new bunch of roses free and made her very happy!”

“Orchid was delivered on the request day despite being quite close to Christmas. Flower was beautiful and came in a special orchid pot. Didn't match the colour on the picture but I know that that was only a guide and wasn't disappointed. Very easy to use service”

“The red carnations arrived in very good condition and were used in our local church on Christmas Eve "in memorium". They are still making a very good display. The box they arrived in meant that the flowers stood upright so that the flower heads were not damaged and the stems had their feet in water. Perhaps a pictures can be placed on the web page. The one downside of the guaranteed courier service is that I had to make arrangements to wait in all day until I received the email with delivery timings and realised that delivery was through my local Post Office and so had a better idea of timings. Perhaps a default box can be added to the delivery details for instructions for the courier such as the number of the neighbour's house the flowers are to be left at.”
