“The roses were in poor quality on arrival, didn't really bloom and dropped early. I have been a long term customer and noticed your quality dropping to a point where I complain last year and you gave replacements without argument but I'm afraid as its happened again I've decided not to use you any more.”

“Unusually, the order we received just prior to christmas only lasted a couple of days. Nowhere as good as your usual standard”

“Flowers were drooping from the day we received them and were disappointing as they were for a display in church for a funeral. They died completely after just2-3 days!”

“The small pot of roses were not very good on arrival and within two days was no longer at all suitable. Once the shop reopened after the Christmas break I took the pot of roses back saying how disappointed I had been. The shop assistant agreed that it was not at all correct and replaced the pot of roses with another plant as no roses were available. This was a great improvement which pleased my wife who had been very upset with the pot of roses.”

“Normally I enjoy the standard of the flowers I order from postarose. But this time I ordered a bouquet of sun flowers for my partner as it was our year anniversary and they're her favourite flowers... But I was very unsatisfied with the quality of them. They hadn't properly bloomed and did not open up at all throughout the 3/4 days they stayed alive. Of which I was told they would last about 5 days. Unhappy with my order unfortunately.”

“Flowers were lovely (when we managed to find and collect them) but the delivery address packet was not checked and so open at one end. The label fell out, the empty plastic outer packet stayed on the box and was delivered, minus the flowers. Had to chase after the postman and then go to the sorting office to find the label less flowers. Hopefully this incident was a one off?”

“Just spoken to the recipient of the peonies delivered this week. Unfortunately the peonies were in a very 'delicate' state and the foliage was dead. However I cannot blame Post a rose as the weather temperature was so high that it was unlikely that any flowers would survive a journey via the postal service in such exceptional weather. I have always been satisfied with previous orders”

“The flowers were delivered a week early not on her 65th birthday. The roses lasted 2 days not what I expect from this company. The accompanying chocolates were delivered on the right day and were very good.”

“Me and my friend ordered black roses with a card for a friends funeral I'm afraid to say the roses wasn't black yet a very dark red it took ten minutes to find the card as it was attached to the address label, Although the flowers were very pretty they wasn't black Thanks Kerry”
