“The tent is very impressive, lots of space and good selection of seating and consoles. I t took around an hour to set up and my son and his friends had a variety of game experiences all helped by the party leader The t shirt was personalised and a great gift”

“Our pop arcade experience was amazing. The host James was excellent and kept all the kids engaged throughout, we had some guests with SEN needs and James was perfect with them. The sweets went down a treat and the books were a well received party favour. The variety of games on offer was excellent and the condition of the equipment was great. I had many parents ask for the details to book their own parties. Would definitely book again. All communication was clear and emails were answered quickly. Thank you for a great experience.”

“We recently partnered with Pop Up Arcade to deliver a Virtual Reality (VR) gaming session for a group of SEND young people, and the experience was nothing short of fantastic! From the moment the team arrived, everything was handled with professionalism and enthusiasm. The setup was smooth and efficient, with high-quality VR equipment and a wide range of exciting games that immediately captured everyone’s attention. Pop Up Arcade staff were friendly, supportive, and great at guiding first-time VR users, making sure everyone felt confident and included. Their ability to adapt to the space and keep the energy high throughout the session was impressive. We highly recommend Pop Up Arcade for any youth organisation, school, or community group looking to offer a fun, tech-forward experience. “Really good, in short. Kris arrived, set everything up in the tent in the garden, and then basically ran the party. Plenty of games consoles to keep the kids occupied. Very stress-free for us parents! Really appreciated the communication from the company too, lettnig us know that everything was in hand, and then also a text message on the day.”

“My sons friends have all been raving about his birthday party this morning and we were so lucky with the weather and my back garden was the perfect size for the pop up tent. Our host was really early which was really lucky as some kids turned up eager and it was so useful having someone to keep them all engaged. Trying to get them out without bribe of pizza and ice cream but they they were all sad to see it go. Lots of parents were saying it was a brilliant idea so may see some customers and thank you for all emails and answer questions and making my mothers day easy”

“My son LOVED having PopUpArcade at his birthday party. Host James was excellent, kept me fully informed and the kids focused and happy on the gaming. Everyone got their fair share of the consoles and every kid and parent were saying they’d want to use them in the future. We did the Pay What You Can option which was a lifesaver when I’m on a tight budget. Cannot recommend enough! Thank you 🤩”
