“The Pop Up Arcaded made organising my son’s birthday really simple. After the booking, I received the t-shirt, sweets and party bag magazines in the post only a couple of days later. The tent was fun and exciting. The kids all loved it. The communication was excellent and on the day the guy turned up promptly with everything and set it up really quickly. I can highly recommend to anyone wanting a stress free fun party.”

“Absolutely fantastic party. We had an issue with the power at the venue and Tom was really patient and flexible with this. We ended up eating first and the gaming part of the party started a bit later than planned when the power came back on. All the children had a great time. It was really well set up for everyone to enjoy. I would 100% recommend this company to others.”

“I had a pop up arcade party at my house for 12 children for my son's 9th birthday. It was such a brilliant party and my son and all his friends had a blast. Tyler set up the party brilliantly and was great throughout making sure all the children were happy with the games they were playing. Thank you very much. My son wants same again next year!”

“My son celebrated his 8th Birthday with Pop Up Arcade and him and his friends had the best time! Everything was so well organised from the moment of booking, with clear communication throughout. Our party host James was brilliant and did a fantastic job of holding the children’s attention for 90 minutes! The party package is great value for money and the little extras included are perfect, thank you!”

“We had a great party with Pop Up Arcade for my son's 8th birthday. Ash was an absolute star - keeping 10 kids entertained and in line, all while encouraging them to try different systems and games. He was prompt, setting up quickly and efficiently, and after the gaming ended, everything was packed away in a flash. He even let mum and dad have a cheeky go on some of the games! If you have the space, I highly recommend adding on the racing chairs. Not only is the projector a fun addition, alongside the VR headsets, it provides a great excuse to get the kids up and changing games and adds a real sense of variety to what's on offer. The gaming magazines are a great touch (we coupled them with some candy cones ordered from eBay as the party favour and it went done really well!). If I could do it again, I would probably book the extra 30 minutes of gaming as the boys were having so much fun! I HIGHLY recommend Pop Up Arcade for a fantastic and low-stress birthday party!”

“My son had the most amazing 9th party at our house with Pop Up Arcade. We had 10 boys and everyone really enjoyed it. The whole set up was wonderful. We had James who was excellent, we couldn’t have asked for a better host. He made sure everything was running smoothly and helped and entertained all the kids. My son said it was his best party ever. This was the first time we’ve used Pop Up arcade but my son already wants the same party again next year and I’m sure we’ll be using you again for our two younger children at some point. Thank you for everything!!”

“My son had the best 8th birthday party! We had 20 8 year olds in the house, James & John managed to corral them & keep them entertained the whole time, they were so great! They were super friendly & explained the process from start to finish, keeping us updated with the plan & timings. My son was super impressed with the gaming consoles & games provided, his party has been the talk of his friends ever since! Could not recommend enough!”

“My son had a wonderful wintery 8th birthday party in a warm tent. Ash did a great job of keeping all of the kids, including little sisters, entertained and out of the house for a full 90 minutes. The VR headsets were a particular hit and everyone got to have a turn at everything. Great communication and updates along the way were really appreciated. Really impressed. Thank you!”

“I would definitely recommend having this company do your gaming party my grandson and his little friends had the best time! And it does take the stress out of having to deal with 15/20 kids! As the gamer leader looks after them all in the pop up tent!👍👏👏 to be fair I think he had more fun than the kids lol 😂 the only slight fault I can say if I had to be really picky was that he was a little late turning up so it took him longer to set up everything! But he did still give the kids their full 90 mins of fun! But obviously bedside he ran over it meant the children didn’t have long enough to eat the party food before their parents turned up 🤦‍♀️ so that made it a bit manic in our home and some of the children didn’t get to eat their food and I had parents all over my driveway waiting for their kids to come out which did put a slight dampener on it sadly But if that hadn’t have happened I would have given this company a 5 star review”

“Highly recommend this for a birthday party! Big hit, with the kids. Pop Up Arcade had great communication ahead of the party, the gentleman leading the party came on time, accommodated last minute guests and had the kids settled and engaged with his calm but in charge demeanour. My 8 year old said it was the best birthday of his life ❤️🎉❤️”
