“The Pop Up Arcaded made organising my son’s birthday really simple. After the booking, I received the t-shirt, sweets and party bag magazines in the post only a couple of days later. The tent was fun and exciting. The kids all loved it. The communication was excellent and on the day the guy turned up promptly with everything and set it up really quickly. I can highly recommend to anyone wanting a stress free fun party.”

“Could not recommend pop up arcade enough, it was by far the easiest party we’ve ever thrown. Mike turned up and set everything up, he then entertained the kids throughout the duration of the party which meant I could sit back and relax after a hectic morning of rushing around. We didn’t even see the children for the first hour as they were having too much fun until Mike kindly encouraged them to take a food and drink break. Multiple children’s parents have even text me to say that their children haven’t stopped talking about how fun the party was. Overall a great experience for everyone and we would definitely use them again!”

“Absolutely fantastic experience with Pop Up Arcade for our children’s party! 🎮🎉 The communication was great from the very beginning, and Rachel from customer service couldn’t have been more helpful. Ozzie, our party host, was fantastic from start to finish. She chatted away to our excited birthday boy while setting everything up and really made him feel special. She was brilliant with all the children, keeping them engaged and entertained throughout, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. The set-up and pack-away were both really quick and hassle-free too. We would definitely recommend Pop Up Arcade and wouldn’t hesitate to book them again. Thank you for making the party such a memorable one! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐”

“Jordan was a great host and kept all the kids happy and even encouraged some of the parents to get involved. It was the first party ive ever held where ive actually been able to sit back and relax, Jordan kept all 15 kids happy and occupied. Pricing is very generous for what you get! Didnt need to worry about gift bags and the birthday boy was very happy with his personalised tshirt. No problems at all, and i especially love that some of what i have paid will contribute to another kids party that may not afford it otherwise. Great company”

“I just wanted to thank you and Michael for such a fab party! Having three boys I genuinely dread their parties as it's always so much work and stress. But you guys made it so simple and straight forward right from booking - end. You always responded to emails, and the party itself was a total hit! My son said it was the best party he's had. Michael was brilliant - even helping my three year old learn how to play. The party bags were fab, and all so cost effective. Really couldn't recommend you more!”

“Mike was amazing - set up the party easily. Looked after the 10 year old boys & gave my son a great party. Had all the kids doing what he told them to get to the table afterwards for pizza & cakes. Let my youngest her daughter & her friend have a bit of time in the tent without the boys which they loved. Made the party so less stressful & would highly recommend Mike”

“Emmanuel was prompt and was very polite upon arrival. Given the heat wave and having an outside tent, he was good at accommodating breaks in the party gaming and shutting down the devices, so they could hydrate and eat. My son and his friends where made up with their magazines, sweets and the personalised Tee was a big hit with the birthday boy. The heatwave did interfere with some of the visualise for the VR Headset but Emmanuel dealt with it brilliantly and he was so patient and understanding with some of the party guests who had additional needs. Would highly recommend Emmanuel!”

“We used pop-up Arcade for my son’s 11th birthday, we chose the VR party. All the boys had an absolutely fantastic time. We opted for the tent which is like an tardis and comfortably fits big kids inside standing up. Tommy the host kept them engaged from the start start and we definitely recommend for anybody looking for a gaming party.”

“Everything from booking and answering queries to the running of the party was absolutely spot on. Our party host Mo arrived right on time and got the tent all set up ready for the children. He was great at making sure all the children had a spot and could play a game they wanted to. So much laughter came from that tent while the session was on! Comments heard from the party guests included "this is so fun" and "this is the best party ever". Would absolutely recommend.”

“Pop Up Arcade was the best party for a group of 8 year old boys who love gaming. Robert, our host, was fantastic! He arrived with plenty of time to set up, set clear boundaries to a bunch of rowdy boys and joined in gaming with them, which they enjoyed. He even got me to join in. The boys loved the party, especially the sweets, and have already asked my son to have the same party next year! We highly recommend Pop Up Arcade!”

The whole Thing has been so seamless and easy from booking, choosing any extras (we chose PS5), payment, overall communication to texting on the day to confirm they were on the way, arriving with plenty of time to set up and super quick clean up. “Popup Arcade made Samuel’s birthday absolutely unforgettable. From the moment Jordan arrived, everything was seamless and professional – he scoped out the hall to ensure the kids were able to have a full-on gaming arena, complete with racing rigs, screens, enough consoles and controllers for all, and comfy beanbags for the kids. The pic n mix was a lovely touch too! Jordan was fantastic with the children, helping them pick games, and making sure everyone got a turn. Samuel loved the racing set-up and his friends were thrilled to have so many different games to dive into together. The atmosphere was fun, and completely stress-free for us as parents. Communication before the party was clear and friendly, setup and pack-down were quick, and all the equipment was high-quality and ran flawlessly. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Popup Arcade to anyone – they delivered a unique, exciting party that Samuel and his friends are still talking about!”
