“Emmanuel was prompt and was very polite upon arrival. Given the heat wave and having an outside tent, he was good at accommodating breaks in the party gaming and shutting down the devices, so they could hydrate and eat. My son and his friends where made up with their magazines, sweets and the personalised Tee was a big hit with the birthday boy. The heatwave did interfere with some of the visualise for the VR Headset but Emmanuel dealt with it brilliantly and he was so patient and understanding with some of the party guests who had additional needs. Would highly recommend Emmanuel!”

“John was our host for my son’s 10th birthday party. We had an indoor set up at home and it was amazing! John was so good with the children and helped them out where needed. They all had a good laugh with him 😄 Highly recommended. 10/10 host”

“We used pop-up Arcade for my son’s 11th birthday, we chose the VR party. All the boys had an absolutely fantastic time. We opted for the tent which is like an tardis and comfortably fits big kids inside standing up. Tommy the host kept them engaged from the start start and we definitely recommend for anybody looking for a gaming party.”

“Everything from booking and answering queries to the running of the party was absolutely spot on. Our party host Mo arrived right on time and got the tent all set up ready for the children. He was great at making sure all the children had a spot and could play a game they wanted to. So much laughter came from that tent while the session was on! Comments heard from the party guests included "this is so fun" and "this is the best party ever". Would absolutely recommend.”

“Pop Up Arcade was the best party for a group of 8 year old boys who love gaming. Robert, our host, was fantastic! He arrived with plenty of time to set up, set clear boundaries to a bunch of rowdy boys and joined in gaming with them, which they enjoyed. He even got me to join in. The boys loved the party, especially the sweets, and have already asked my son to have the same party next year! We highly recommend Pop Up Arcade!”

“John was fantastic, great host. The whole Thing has been so seamless and easy from booking, choosing any extras (we chose PS5), payment, overall communication to texting on the day to confirm they were on the way, arriving with plenty of time to set up and super quick clean up. My son and his friends had the biggest smiles on their faces and so much fun. I whole heartedly recommend”

“Popup Arcade made Samuel’s birthday absolutely unforgettable. From the moment Jordan arrived, everything was seamless and professional – he scoped out the hall to ensure the kids were able to have a full-on gaming arena, complete with racing rigs, screens, enough consoles and controllers for all, and comfy beanbags for the kids. The pic n mix was a lovely touch too! Jordan was fantastic with the children, helping them pick games, and making sure everyone got a turn. Samuel loved the racing set-up and his friends were thrilled to have so many different games to dive into together. The atmosphere was fun, and completely stress-free for us as parents. Communication before the party was clear and friendly, setup and pack-down were quick, and all the equipment was high-quality and ran flawlessly. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Popup Arcade to anyone – they delivered a unique, exciting party that Samuel and his friends are still talking about!”

“What a fantastic experience! Two tents, two excellent hosts Emanuel and Chris. Excellent communication from the team at every stage of the journey! The price is worth it. “Emanuel was a brilliant host for our sons birthday party. It was 32° and he made sure everyone stayed hydrated and had a great time. The kids all found Emanuel very approachable, they loved the range of games available. Would definitely book again in the future.”

“Thank you Thomas for a great party for my son’s 11th birthday party. You made everything seem easy and nothing was too much trouble. I love that my son had such a great time and his friends too. What really stood out for me as his mum was that he instantly felt comfortable coming to chat to you about games before his friends had even arrived. The booking process was easy and very inclusive of Sen needs. Thank you pop up arcade”

“Had an amazing experience with Pop Up Arcade. Booking and amending details was simple, Chris our party host came and set everything up on time, and the boys reactions when they first saw the tent was absolutely priceless. My 10 year old son actually said to me, that his party day was one of the best days of his life. Highly recommend!”
