“Pop Up Arcade were brilliant! Communications were really straightforward, and the host Adeel ensured that everything ran smoothly on the day. Adeel was so kind and patient with the 8-9 year olds (not all of whom had gamed before) and ensured that everyone had a wonderful time. We're definitely looking to book them again.”

“Such an amazing party! Wasn’t sure how it would all go as it’s our first booking but it was so amazing! Our host Idrees was so lovely, so friendly and the kids loved him! We had a few technical issues but he sorted them out so quickly and had a back up planned the minute it happened! So grateful we were able to do the pay what you can party after such a rough year I didn’t know if I was able to do my son a party at all. I’m so grateful to these guys! Every kid had such a good experience and loved every minute! Thank you so so much, hoping to do another one soon! Cannot recommend enough!”

“This was our 2nd Pop up Arcade party. Each time it's been an absolutely brilliant experience for the kids. The 90/120 minute options are perfect, you really wouldn't need any more than that but any less probably wouldn't satisfy the kids. The hosts are professional, polite, friendly and organise the space and evening perfectly. I would like to especially give a shout out to this year's host John (a local boy from Shepperton!) who made sure all the kids were involved. We couldn't have asked for a better host. He is a real credit to your team. My son didn't think the previous year's party could be topped but he went to bed that night saying it was 'literally the best party I've ever had'. Thank you John and the rest of the PUA team! We look forward to booking again next year!”

“Absolutely Brilliant. Mike was our host and made the entire experience easy and stress free for us parents, and most importantly really fun for the kids. He genuinely cares that everybody has a great time. My Son loved his personalised t-shirt too. Thanks Mike and Pop Up Arcade for a fun party, we highly recommend you.”

“I booked Pop Up Arcade just 5 days before my son’s birthday, and the entire experience was flawless from start to finish. The booking process was seamless, but the real highlight was the event itself. Our host, Tommy, was an absolute superstar—exceptionally polite, high-energy, and brilliant at keeping the kids endlessly entertained. We opted for the extras, including the all-weather gaming tent, PlayStation 5 and the head-to-head racing chairs. Every single upgrade was worth it and took the setup to another level! My son had the best birthday and is already asking when we can book them again. In fact, several parents mentioned their kids came running up to them declaring it the best party ever and asking for Pop Up Arcade for their own birthdays. I cannot recommend them highly enough!”

“Could not recommend pop up arcade enough, it was by far the easiest party we’ve ever thrown. Mike turned up and set everything up, he then entertained the kids throughout the duration of the party which meant I could sit back and relax after a hectic morning of rushing around. We didn’t even see the children for the first hour as they were having too much fun until Mike kindly encouraged them to take a food and drink break. Multiple children’s parents have even text me to say that their children haven’t stopped talking about how fun the party was. Overall a great experience for everyone and we would definitely use them again!”

“Absolutely fantastic experience with Pop Up Arcade for our children’s party! 🎮🎉 The communication was great from the very beginning, and Rachel from customer service couldn’t have been more helpful. Ozzie, our party host, was fantastic from start to finish. She chatted away to our excited birthday boy while setting everything up and really made him feel special. She was brilliant with all the children, keeping them engaged and entertained throughout, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. The set-up and pack-away were both really quick and hassle-free too. We would definitely recommend Pop Up Arcade and wouldn’t hesitate to book them again. Thank you for making the party such a memorable one! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐”

“Jordan was a great host and kept all the kids happy and even encouraged some of the parents to get involved. It was the first party ive ever held where ive actually been able to sit back and relax, Jordan kept all 15 kids happy and occupied. Pricing is very generous for what you get! Didnt need to worry about gift bags and the birthday boy was very happy with his personalised tshirt. No problems at all, and i especially love that some of what i have paid will contribute to another kids party that may not afford it otherwise. Great company”

“I just wanted to thank you and Michael for such a fab party! Having three boys I genuinely dread their parties as it's always so much work and stress. But you guys made it so simple and straight forward right from booking - end. You always responded to emails, and the party itself was a total hit! My son said it was the best party he's had. Michael was brilliant - even helping my three year old learn how to play. The party bags were fab, and all so cost effective. Really couldn't recommend you more!”

“Mike was amazing - set up the party easily. Looked after the 10 year old boys & gave my son a great party. Had all the kids doing what he told them to get to the table afterwards for pizza & cakes. Let my youngest her daughter & her friend have a bit of time in the tent without the boys which they loved. Made the party so less stressful & would highly recommend Mike”

“Emmanuel was prompt and was very polite upon arrival. Given the heat wave and having an outside tent, he was good at accommodating breaks in the party gaming and shutting down the devices, so they could hydrate and eat. My son and his friends where made up with their magazines, sweets and the personalised Tee was a big hit with the birthday boy. The heatwave did interfere with some of the visualise for the VR Headset but Emmanuel dealt with it brilliantly and he was so patient and understanding with some of the party guests who had additional needs. Would highly recommend Emmanuel!”
