“We hired Pop Up Arcade twice in one week; once for a football team party and once for my son's birthday party. Both times we had Harry as host. He was punctual polite, well organised and did a fab job. The children had a great time at both parties. Communication with Pop Up Arcade was great prior to the parties with regular emails, texts and phone calls when needed. Great value for money. I would recommend them. Many thanks.”

“My child and his friends really enjoyed his party and it was everything what we expected, the entertainer was very knowledgeable and obliging to the children, but I’m afraid his personal hygiene was less than satisfactory and there was a terrible smell of body odour which I don’t think is very professional without being offensive.”

“This was easy to book and I received plenty of confirmations and updates via text and email. Service on the day was professional and friendly. They arrived on time and setup was quick and organised. The kids loved it and I can definitely recommend Pop Up Arcade!”

“From beginning to end everything was perfect. Our wonderful host arrived early, set everything up and was brilliant handling 20 rogue 7-8 year olds! The set up was awesome with good lighting, comfy beanie cushions and heating-the children were ecstatic. All the games were great, bonus points for driving set up and VR. Heard many chants of “best party ever!” and lots of interest from other parents. Can not recommend these guys enough! Excellent company and service.”

“Brilliant choice for my son's tenth birthday. He's not keen on sports and finds traditional 'boy' parties aren't for him. He does love gaming though! We checked out party buses and the like but just didn't have room for that. Hence booking Pop Up Arcade in the back room of a local hall was perfect Ryan the party host really knew his stuff. My son said he was asked a lot of game specific questions which he knew the answer to no problems. He totally took care of everything. The boys said it was the "coolest party ever" and my son has reported a certain boost in popularity at school this week haha”

“My 7yr old and his friends had a great time. The customer service was good and it was nice not to have to deal with the kids for an hour and a half so I could sort the food and party bags out for them in peace.”

“James came early and set up all the equipment without any problems. He was very friendly, helpful and polite and great with the kids. There were a great variety of games available, everyone was happy and able to play something they liked, the VR experience was fun, and some of the mums had fun on that too. Everyone had a great time, my son is already asking me if he can have the same party again next year. Would heartily recommend if your children are into gaming.”

“Its a good service and it does what it says on the tin, the description is accurate. You get good follow up via email when you book and confirmation a few days before the day. The pricing is clear. Its a little pricey for what it is but its open and honest so nothing isnt clear. The guy Dan was a nice guy and got on well with the kids which is the main part He turned up exactly on time, set up as we asked him, checked the games were appropriate for the kids, switched them around and spoke to us during the whole thing. An hour and a half seems a bit short when you book it but it actually goes quite slowly and is probably the perfect length of time. Only had three bean bags, could maybe do with a few more as there were ten kids. He is clean and tidy and cleans up well after and is friendly, so cant really fault it at all.”
