“Our party host, Emma, was fantastic with the children. She made sure everyone had a turn on each of the games and the children were excited and having fun throughout. The tent option made it extra special and it was definitely one of the best and most well run parties we've ever had. Thank you to the Pop Up Arcade team for making sure my son had an awesome 11th birthday!”

“After hiring a gaming van in the past, we decided to try Pop Up Arcade to avoid the dreaded parking issue. What a BRILLIANT concept! The garden set up was perfect (and easy)! All the kids have been raving about it at school. Emma was the perfect party host. She is extremely friendly, knowledgeable and patient. All the kids adored her and gave her a great big thank you and good bye when she left. Highly recommend booking Pop Up Arcade!”

“It was absolutely fantastic. The party host was brilliant. The setup was lovely. Everything was bang on time and the kids had a blast. Could not have thought of a better gaming experience that too in the comfort of our own home.”

“A really brilliant party for a group of 10 year old boys! They all loved it and it was so relaxing for me as the tent was set up in the garden so the children were entertained and the house didn't get trashed! Thank you to Gethin who was great with the kids and made sure that everyone had fair turns on all the different games. A fantastic party-thank you!”

“The host was very friendly and helpful, he set up and took everything down quickly, managed to fit the tent into our smallish garden, answered all our questions, and supervised the children. Amazing!”

“Brilliant. 15 very happy 10 yr olds and no arguements or need for any parent intervention. The perfect party. Just a shame I had to deal with 15 over stimulated boys once the tent was packed away!!”

“There are two words I would use to describe Pop Up Arcade: ‘absolutely brilliant’. They ran a 2 hour birthday party for 12 boys, all of whom had the time of their lives (not to mention a few parents too). Would hire them again in a heartbeat! Nico, or host, was superb.”

“My daughters recent 11th bday party was a massive success! The kids absolutely loved it!! Emma was our Games Master and she was totally amazing - she had it all under control, somehow remembering 25 kids names and what order they were in for each console..!! All the children were totally engrossed in the huge variety of games. Highly, highly recommend. Will def be using Pop Up Arcade UK again soon.”

“I booked pop up arcade for a large group of 12-18 year olds for the day with groups of 10 rotating into the area. They were punctual and turned up on time, but forgot the long extension lead I had discussed with them so we had a last minute panic trying to get power to the area. The tent was smaller than expected and probably more suited to 10 younger children rather than 10 teenagers, so it was a little "snug". The equipment was ok and everything worked, however we found the range of games a little limited. We are not able to play online and I did make this clear to them on booking, but this did then impact on the available games. All in all I found that the service was professional, however, before booking again I would ask and clarify a little more to ensure that the provision worked for us a little better.”

Hi Zo, Thank you for your feedback. I'm very sorry we had a couple of hiccups on the day. This was a really challenging event for us, we have no experience working in a high-security environment and the logistical requirements were quite challenging. We normally have a big library of games at our parties but the security restrictions and the wide range of ages left us with only a small percentage of our games available. Given the damage to our equipment and the logistical difficulties of working in your environment, we would definitely need to have a thorough discussion before going ahead with any further events.
