“The staff (Craig) arrived early enough to set up and managed to get the tent up in our very small garden. The gaming was good, several different stations set up in tent and VR in the garden room. Was nice to have the tent just outside the back as well (we booked the tent last minute which made it a bit more spaced out). Even those children (boys and girls average age 10) who weren't particularly into gaming had a few goes and the VR went down very well with all the children. Possibly could do with another one of those. Initially, I was going to book a bus, as was thinking the tent was a little cold, but they kept their coats on and it was fine. Really neat cabling as well so no danger. Very good all round. Definitely recommend.”

“This was for my grandson's 9th birthday party. All ten boys were completely engaged for the whole 90 minutes, and Joe the facilitator from Pop Up Arcade made sure they all had goes at all four of the games consoles and the VR goggles. The feedback from all the parents was fantastic - all said their kids said what a great party it was, and one said the best he had ever been to. The time went very quickly and the excitement level was sky high!”

“The party was so easy for us! Dan arrived and set up, getting the kids involved. He then kept 13 ten year old boys entertained for 90 mins - and only got them to stop playing by turning everything off. it was so easy for us and my son had a great party. Really recommend this!”

“Pop Up Arcade was a very professional company to work with. Great communication before and during the party. Megan, who came to host the party, was really friendly and knowledgeable! All the children had a great time and didn’t want it to end! I would definitely recommend Pop Up Arcade!”

“Pop Up Arcade were brilliant from the initial booking process to the actual party and I cannot thank them enough for making my sons party completely stress free and enjoyable! My son had the most amazing party and I’ve had messages from a few of the parents asking for Pop Up Arcade’s details. Chris was our host on the day and he was great, he was looking after 11 6-7 year old boys and was very good at helping them and making sure they were all entertained. Would definitely recommend”

“Very efficient and lots of fun! From the booking process to Lauren arriving and setting up everything went brilliantly and the kids (and therefore parents) were delighted. Lauren was great and took care of everyone to ensure they were having a great time, that the kids were having fun and nobody was stuck or left out. Highly recommended!”

“Hired pop up arcade for my son's 12th birthday party. The 10 kids had so much fun, it really was well worth the money. Caroline our party host, set up the equipment in our lounge and was to hand to help the boys out if they had any questions about using the gaming consoles. She was really friendly and made sure all the kids had a go on the VR headset. There were 4 TV screens attached to the games consoles and a VR headset. They had lots of the latest games and every child was occupied for a whole 90 minutes. I literally have nothing negative to say as the whole experience was great. I booked on a weekday after school and took advantage of the weekday discount. This party was so much cheaper than other companies who do them in gaming buses. The only difference here is they set up in a venue.”

“I am now the coolest Mum in the school! We booked the one and only ultimate gaming party for 20 10 year old boys and girls. The whole process from beginning to end was effortless. The communication between the company and myself was great, Dan, our party host was fabulous. He set up quickly and was amasing with the kids, totally in control and he ensured every child was busy gaming! The VR headsets were a hit as were the driving seats. The time flew passed very quickly. All the kids left happy and this morning in the school line my son was told that this is the best party they have been to! Thank you Dan and the Pop Up Arcade!”

“Dan, our party host, arrived in plenty of time to get things set up. He was polite and patient with all the kids. We had 14 seven year old boys at my son's birthday party, and all of them had a fabulous time!! They were gripped!! The rollercoaster ride on the VR headset was a real hit!! Thank you Pop Up Arcade”

“What a fab party. Easy to book and very helpful answering queries. Kept updated by text. Party host Rob arrived in plenty of time. Was great with all the kids - party boy thought it was the best party ever and all i had to do was put a few pizzas in oven and light candles on cake. Highly recommend”

“I NEVER write reviews but I had to.. My son turned 10 and just loves gaming so decided on a gaming party for him. We looked at a few and this was the best for us as you have a dedicated host and they had a VR machine which I knew the boys would love. It was just so much better than I imagined, the host was BRILLIANT! We had Sam and my daughter has already told me she needs to have him for her party, he was fun and so helpful. Just absolutely recommend 100%. Booking, payment and set up etc so easy. Loved it!!! Thank you so Much guys :)”
