“I booked Pop Up arcade for my son's 10th Birthday Party. I was very impressed by Pop Up Arcade's professional customer care and service whether it was on the phone, by email or just a text to let me know the party host was on his way. The party host was very friendly and able to get the kids (and some parents) to have a go at the different games on offer. I would definitely recommend to others and probably use the again in the future myself. When my son returned to school after the Christmas Holidays, his friends were still talking about their favourite games! Thank you Pop Up Arcade : )”

“Lauren was fab with the kids - she set up and then had them all enjoying themselves for an hour and a half while I was able to relax! Fantastic party - my 8-year-old and his friends all loved it. Thank you”

“Children were extremely happy and the party started at the right time no delays. The guys were really helpful and nice,I also got a discount while booking because it was a Friday. I gave a four star because the tent was a bit cool aside from that it's was an excellent service and good communication from the company. I have no regret at all.”

“Pop Up Arcade was an absolute hit with everyone, Shane arrived on time and setup well before we were due to start. The kids enjoyed all the games provided and there was never a dull moment; the games catered for all interests and prior to booking for my Son i was worried about the girls not being entertained but i need not worry the girls were not only entertained but thoroughly enjoyed all the games provided. Adults were extremely impressed with the setup and nearly everyone questioned where we got the idea from and that they had never seen anything like this before. Its fair to say some boys will be requesting PUA for their own birthdays. I would definitely recommend them and I will be using them again in the future; thank you to Shane for your hard work and patience with the kids.”

“My daughter's party was booked for Dec 10th - due to the snow this was unfortunately cancelled. Pop Up Arcade were very upset about this as it has never happened before. They reimbursed the full cost of the party and then came to the rescheduled party on Dec 30th. The kids had a fantastic time, Dan was brilliant, showing the kids what to do and giving them space to enjoy the experience. Parents thought it was a great idea for a party- different to the usual soft play hell and asked for the contact details to book their next party. Thank you do much - Carol, mum to Charlotte are 7”

“Booked pop up arcade for my sons 8th Birthday. The host arrived on time was friendly and quick to set up. There was enough consoles/controllers for all 17 children to enjoy the party. Our host introduced himself to the children and explained how to use the different consoles, my son and his friends had a great time. Thanks pop up arcade 😊”

“I held a party on the 22nd December for my younger brother's 10th Birthday. It was a surprise and he was awestruck when he opened the door to see all the games and the equipment in the house. He had quite a few friends over including my 1 year old daughter who also was very involved in the games. Needless to say it was very suitable for all ages. The kids were well entertained and the helper was always on hand to support the kids if they needed anything. The best money I've spent in a birthday party in a long time and it is also very affordable. My brother, his friends, my kids and I were very happy with the party. Even my Nan had a go on the virtual reality!”

“Chris was a fantastic party host. He took the time to make sure all the kids were involved and even got the adults involved too. The whole booking process was easy and straight forward. All the kids had a great time and are still talking about it. I would highly recommend it.”

“Thank you Pop Up Arcade for a brilliant gaming party! My 11 year son and his friends were in their element. Joe did a fantastic job setting up and was great with the children, making sure they had a turn on all the games & VR they wanted to before the end of the party. They had a blast! I would highly recommend Pop Up Arcade, communication was fantastic & booking was easy, the kit was awesome. I would definitely use them again.”

“Fantastic party Dan kept them all busy for the whole 90 minutes not easy with a bunch of 8 year old boys. Excellent communication from the company and there equipment was fab children left saying coolest party ever I would definitely use again and highly recommend them.”
