“We recently partnered with Pop Up Arcade to deliver a Virtual Reality (VR) gaming session for a group of SEND young people, and the experience was nothing short of fantastic! From the moment the team arrived, everything was handled with professionalism and enthusiasm. The setup was smooth and efficient, with high-quality VR equipment and a wide range of exciting games that immediately captured everyone’s attention. Pop Up Arcade staff were friendly, supportive, and great at guiding first-time VR users, making sure everyone felt confident and included. Their ability to adapt to the space and keep the energy high throughout the session was impressive. We highly recommend Pop Up Arcade for any youth organisation, school, or community group looking to offer a fun, tech-forward experience. The session was not only entertaining but also encouraged social interaction, confidence-building, and plenty of smiles. 5/5 – A brilliant, interactive experience that young people won’t forget anytime soon!”

“Amazing set up and a phenomenal member of the Pop Up Arcade team. All the children and parents that attended are still talking about our son's tenth birthday last week. Would definitely use Pop Up Arcade again and of course recommend them to other people too.”

“Really good, in short. Kris arrived, set everything up in the tent in the garden, and then basically ran the party. Plenty of games consoles to keep the kids occupied. Very stress-free for us parents! Really appreciated the communication from the company too, lettnig us know that everything was in hand, and then also a text message on the day.”

“My sons friends have all been raving about his birthday party this morning and we were so lucky with the weather and my back garden was the perfect size for the pop up tent. Our host was really early which was really lucky as some kids turned up eager and it was so useful having someone to keep them all engaged. Trying to get them out without bribe of pizza and ice cream but they they were all sad to see it go. Lots of parents were saying it was a brilliant idea so may see some customers and thank you for all emails and answer questions and making my mothers day easy”

“My son LOVED having PopUpArcade at his birthday party. Host James was excellent, kept me fully informed and the kids focused and happy on the gaming. Everyone got their fair share of the consoles and every kid and parent were saying they’d want to use them in the future. We did the Pay What You Can option which was a lifesaver when I’m on a tight budget. Cannot recommend enough! Thank you 🤩”

“We had a party for our 9 year old son and his 8 friends. Mike turned up in plenty of time and setup. They all had a great time and Mike even joined in as clearly likes his job! Would definitely recommend.”

“My son celebrated his 12th birthday with a VR pop up arcade party. We had done a gaming party last year and this year was even better than the last. Daryl arrived very well prepared and kept the boys well entertained. The party was structured around a progressive use of the VR games so that they get used to the headsets and can finish by playing a more interactive game of Among Us all together. All boys came out of their 90min of gaming super enthusiastic and excited to do this again next year. Most definitely recommend.”

“Brilliant company, would highly recommend for a gaming party. Booking was so easy, Ben was super quick ar responding to answer all my queries in the lead up to the party. Liam the host from pop up arcade was wonderful - the children really enjoyed it. He came with pick n mix and Roblox books for the children which they loved! Including a personalised r shirt for birthday child, note this is part of the ultimate package. The inflatable costume was a great addition! Fun and personal way to meet the guests. Despite the rainy day, tent was comfortable and warm for the kids. Lovely experience throughout, would not book elsewhere in future. Thanks pop up arcade team! You are all awesome.”

“Pop up arcade was booked for my son's 10th birthday! I had to change the date and they were so accommodating. It's a well organised , helpful company. They arrived and set up in the garden. The children arrived and were super excited. There were all the different consoles, 2 VR headsets and the head to head racing set. Tom is brilliant. Very patient, helping all the children and keeping them very happy. The kids had a wonderful afternoon and were happy with the party bag and magazine they received. Thank you for a wonderful party and we highly recommend Pop Up Arcade!”
