“Smooth organisation, good communication, professional staff, all good. This is the second time we've used Pop Up Arcade for a party, and they've probably been the easiest parties we've ever organised. Kids love it, and have recommended to other parents.”

“We had the best experience with Pop Up Arcade! From start to finish, the service was smooth, professional, and so much fun. Thomas was incredibly efficient and friendly, making the whole process stress-free and enjoyable. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was set up perfectly and that everyone had a great time. I honestly can’t recommend Pop Up Arcade enough – it’s such a brilliant experience, and with Thomas running the show you know you’re in good hands. I’ll be recommending them to absolutely everyone!”

“My son had his 8th birthday party with pop up arcade today, he had the best time with his friends. Emmanuel was friendly, helpful and professional. Everything was set up perfectly and he was more than happy to help all the kids with all the games.”

“We booked Pop Up arcade for a 10th birthday party at home and it was excellent. Emmanuel was professional and very quick to set everything up. We had 9 children at the party and he kept them engaged and focused throughout. He explained how the equipment worked and even when packing away he let those that were still here use the VR and switches after the allotted time. This was by far the easiest party we have ever hosted! Highly recommend.”

“With some of the best tech and games masters, Pop Up arcarde delivered 2 fantastic days for us. We work in Brent with the family wellbeing centres and this is one of the days that the kids looked forward to the most, and they all thoroughly enjoyed themselves. Pop up arcade were great to work with and I would definitely reccommend them to anyone wanting the best games party! Thank you Pop Up Arcade!”

“Kids were fine (as it’s video games). Admin was tricky as a parent though. Set up was late making the party start late but we were given extra time without asking (which was good). A little rough during set up in the house - eg heavy equipment banging on the outside steps (two steps down). The list of games we requested / filtered by email weren’t provided to the party host and host was unaware of the list (we didn’t want 8 yo playing certain games). Kids didn’t play VR despite it being part of package. Just Dance we asked for and agreed to wasn’t there and this was the game that we were most keen for. Pleasant company to work with though and would consider again but with lower expectations.”

“Great party and I'd be very happy to recommend to local friends. Tommy was very professional and completely took care of everything from start to finish, and left everything clean and tidy afterwards. The boys had a brilliant two hours and I barely had to do a thing. Easiest birthday party ever!”

“Thank you for making my son’s day! Him and his friends had the best time in your pop up tent in our garden. We had a very pleasant chap who came an hour early to set up. All went smoothly and was up and running well in advance of the guests arriving. Nice added touch of the personalised gaming tshirt for my son, a huge bag of sweets and Roblox books for the guests. Thank you very much, we will definitely be recommending.”

“I hired pop up Arcade for my son’s 10th birthday a month ago and it was brilliant and worth every penny. The kids had an amazing time and the adults had time for a drink and chat while the kids played in the tent (some got involved too). Apologise I forget the name of the brilliant person who set up and made the day go smoothly but he was great and made the day the success it was. Will definitely use be using them again.”

“Absolutely great from start to finish, quick set up and lovely helpful host. We done the pay what you can option and honestly it saved me so much money worry being a single parent but wanting to give my son a birthday to remember. Really appreciate it thankyou so much. He had a lovely time”
