“Very happy with several products from Pooky bought recently (Clyfford picture light, Cagney wall lights, and Equilibrium rise and fall light among others). All are really well-designed and of nice quality, and in each purchase a lot of research went into the choice and I could not find anything else that quite worked. The only issue was with one of a pair of picture lights which had a dud bulb-holder, and Pooky replaced it very quickly without even waiting to get the faulty one back. Delivery is quick, packaging is careful and generally avoids plastics, and the prices are very reasonable compared to other high-end lighting.”

“SO delighted with the Phileas rechargeable table lamp and egg and spoon shade. Lovely weight to the base and it takes pride of place on our dining table. It's in use every day and gives off the most gorgeous warm light. Charge lasts for a few days and charges pretty quickly too. Ordered another one already and want more for the house!!! Great customer service from Pooky too.”

“Good service, item arrived quickly and well packaged. Unfortunately the lamp shade itself was nothing like the photos so I had to return it. The £6 return fee for sale items seems a bit steep, especially as I would have happily kept the shade if if it actually matched the listing and description.”

“Painfully onerous returns policy that basically means if it's the mounting hardware at fault you can't return, as you have fitted the light and it is no longer in a saleable condition. Avoid if you have a busy life and want a less stressful experience. Look elsewhere.”

“Pooky Pietro lamps x 2 purchased online. Speedy delivery but one glass shade broken when received. Customer service excellent and a replacement sent immediately but better packaging of the glass shade would have prevented this issue. Very pleased with the lamps.”
