“As always with Pooky, a fast efficient delivery, very well packed, and superb quality outdoor lights. We are exceedingly pleased. The lights were easy to put up and look amazing on our newly built pergola. We also got them in the sale at a very good price.. So all in all an excellent service and a quality light. “Item arrived broken, with a dirty glove in box, and with the incorrect fixings. Contacted customer service who directed me to a form to request a refund or replacement, but it was out of stock. Ended up repairing item myself, but service fell below what you’d expect in a situation like this.”
