“The online purchasing and delivery was first rate, and I'm quite pleased with my lights. They are a bit bigger than expected, but still fit in with my vision. However, of the four I purchased, two of then don't hang quite right. Two of them hang correctly with the rim of the shade being exactly horizontal with the floor but the rims of other two are not horizontal, and I believe that this is caused by the arm of the light not being bent enough to make the fitting drop in a vertical line. This would not be visible before fitting by a professional electrician, and the arm is too strong to be bent further by hand. I will be in contact with Pooky on the next working day for advice.”

“I have bought Pooky lights previously and am very happy with all of them. My lastest purchase did not arrive , however nothing to do with you guys - silly me ! I did not notice i had sent to a different contact address at the time. All tracked down now, although they were dropped at a local Barbers Shop in the end! I just wanted to say how professional the lady was on your helpline when i initially called to say my parcel hadnt arrived. She explained she would track parcels and ensure one way or another i would get my order. Completely unflappable unlike myself when i realised i had sent them to the wrong county !!”

“We were able to see the light working at the large Gloucester showroom( and enjoy a cup of coffee at the same time) The lady we spoke to was very helpful ,answered our questions and took the order. The light arrived exactly when we were told it would. It was very securely packaged so no damage in transit. Now fitted into our new porch we are absolutely delighted with it.”
