“I have bought many quality lighting products that are beautifully crafted and styled and I am delighted with them all. The only reason for losing one star is that in my last purchase I bought shades for a wall fitting that did not fit on this particular wall light although it showed it on the website. It would be better to only show shades that actually fit the product otherwise there is a lot of wasted time returning and reordering. Also more than one month has passed since I purchased the shades as I was waiting for the electrician so I’m hoping my return will be accepted.”

“The wall lights and lamp shades are beautiful - the pictures don’t do them justice. Only flaw in my Pooky experience is with the delivery company and their poor communication. I cannot fault Pooky customer service, they answered my call after 2 rings and were able to start the process in locating my delivery. I had a response to my email within 24 hours. Items located and I am over the moon with my purchases. Would definitely buy from Pooky again - they deserve the 5* (not the delivery company.)”
