“I've just converted a boxroom to a study, and needed a lamp for the new desk. The Phileas is lovely, and gives flexibility when it comes to positioning the furniture, as I don't need to place it near the (limited) power sockets. The brass Ruckle shade looks good, but doesn't let a lot of light through. I already have a Hernan rechargeable lamp with a brass shade, so thought this would work as effectively, but the Hernan has the bulbs built into the base of the shade, so gives a better light. I'll be using the study after Christmas, so will get a better idea then about how effective this combination turns out to be, but it does look great.”

“I went into the store to buy a gift card for Christmas. You can’t! You have to buy on line and print off the voucher so just get a piece of paper. I wanted a smart gift card/voucher as a present. A Pooky voucher is a great present but not how it is on line.”

“Quality Cupola pendant lights with deco fitting for hallway. Love them. Electrician so impressed with product he is going to order some. Beautifully protected in packing and they look fabulous. Express delivery not available in view of amount of orders placed over Black Friday. Electrician was coming within 4 days so I phoned customer services and asked if the delivery could be expedited. I was advised they couldn’t promise but they would see what they could do. Delivered in time. Fabulous old fashioned customer service so thank you”
