“We visited the store in Gloucester and had a fantastic experience. We purchased some pieces from the seconds outlet and also ordered pieces from the general showroom. Lovely place to visit, all the staff were extremely helpful. Our order arrived a few days later, so overall a very smooth process.”

“Always great service - not a review as such but orders two lights ahead of deciding on bigger order - one was boxed up and the other just open in the larger box. Won't be installing for months so take a photo in case an issue - looked like a returned item”
