“I have bought a number of light fittings and lampshades and so far the only problem encountered is with the lightbulbs. I bought 8 for a chandelier and after about 1 month 7 out of 8 stopped working. A local electrical shop told me they have had other epople say the same about Pooky lightbulbs. My suggestion is to source your lightbulbs elsewhere. These are not cheap and it was a waste of money.”

“My lampshades arrived very quickly indeed. I have a house full of lamps, and most of them are Pooky vellum effect shades. They give the best warm glow, and I can't get thiem anywhere else. Please don't stop providing them!”

“I’m sorry, but I’m not happy with this item. The base arrived dirty and the overall quality is poor. The material is very thin and see-through, with some loose and broken threads, making it look like a second-hand item. I can’t be bothered to return it because I have already paid an electrician £50 to install it. company should check the quality before shipping!! Such a shame!”
