“Item has not arrived and it’s impossible to get through to a real person by telephone. Emails and phone calls are dealt with by AI assistants , who have not resolved the issue as yet. V frustrating”

“The light was delivered to the wrong address. i was rather frustrated as nobody responded to 4 messages- 3 phone calls and an email to correct the delivery arrangements. I had to drive over to my old address to collect the parcel, it was very inconvenient. Payment was taken very promptly before I had a chance to review my order - Pooky clearly had my bank details from a previous purchase. Lamp looks great but the purchase process was bad.”
