“I wish I'd discovered this website sooner! Last year we moved into our new mid-terraced home that had L shaped bay windows. We wanted to do away with the unsightly plastic tracks that were left in the living room, in favour of curtain poles and a personal preference to eyelet curtains. Ended up spending a small fortune on a different online store for a bay window pole set (which needed cutting to suit) and separate ceiling brackets because it came with unsuitable wall brackets, to get it how we wanted it. Just got round to getting the bedroom bay window done, but fortunately this time around, I stumbled upon Pole Design. It turned out to be a fab way of creating a bespoke design to suit my windows, without having loads of unnecessary leftovers. Top quality products, and fab customer service. Will definitely be my first port-of-call in future.”

“It was an incredibly smooth experience. Karen from PoleDesign advised on other fabrics we haven't previously considered and were actually the ones we liked the most and ordered. Specification of our curtain was discussed in full detail. Karen was informative and helpful, there's no question that would be too silly. The order arrived promptly and most importantly EXACTLY as per the specification. The curtain looks great and we're already pondering ordering another one ;)”

“We ordered an antique brass curtain pole and finials. The delivery arrived within the indicated lead time, however, the finials were in antique silver rather than brass. After a quick email to Pole Design replacement finials arrived two days later without any hassle and no need to return the incorrect ones. Top service and the product is quality!”

“We placed a large order of 10 Silent Gliss tracks and we quickly received a detailed CAD design to proof check our order, as a result we made some final adjustments. Throughout the process, the customer service was excellent and quick to respond to both emails and calls. The curtain rails, especially the bay window bends, were crafted to a very high standard and exactly to our specifications. The items were delivered promptly and were very well padded for transport. The bay windows specifically were fixed on a wooden frame for additional support to avoid damage in transit. We are very pleased with the service and would happily recommend Pole Design, especially if you have a more complicated order. * Helpful customer service, quick to respond to emails and little wait on calls. * Flexible service. * CAD designs for bay window bends. * High quality of workmanship. * Very quick delivery. * Excellent packaging and instructions.”
