This is completely unreasonable. You were advised about the out of stock item. The order was delivered asap. Our terms and conditions which you agreed to at checkout ask you to check whether there is a restocking fee.

“Great service and price on the Swish Soho pole. Just a note that the jazz pole is not a bright black it is more of a dark than grey black, brass fitting are great quality”

“Really helpful communication at the design phase; well packaged and safe delivery; one bracket unusable (screw holes too small) which was replaced without any quibble, (though a gentle e-mail reminder needed); delightfully smooth running pole; generally good service and communication; highly recommend product.”

“We had a problem with the new curtain rail which occurred during the early phase of the COVID lockdown. Once restrictions were relaxed, Pole Design organised the return of the rail for a detailed inspection by the manufacturer and within a few days it was fixed and back up on our wall. Well done Pole Design.”

“Quick delivery, the cheapest I could find in the UK for this curtain track and well packaged. Both of the rails had a small scuff mark blemish, but nothing major.”

“Lovely poles great price, only disappointing part was the delay, which does happen but I was not informed of it, I had to chase to find out we’re they were and when they would arrive. Otherwise I would of said excellent”

“Very responsive indeed and polite, first rail was not bent professionally at all but once photos of the result were sent a new one arrived a week later with all the bends perfect. Definitely will buy there next time.”

Thank you for your comments. The 1280 is a great track for any curtain weight including interlined. The reverse bends take the curtains off the glass and will let the light flood in especially on a sunny winters day!
