“Very good and helpful advice. Strurdy pole, easy to put up with simple instructions. Looks great. My only quibble is the box that contained the brackets and rings was open and broken when it arrived.”

“The courier , DHL, claimed to unable to access my address despite the fact that there is a sign on the road at the end of short drive and we are at the heart of the post code area. It was suggested I might like to pay for a redelivery but I opted for a full refund.”

“They have good instructions on how to measure the pole. I have an old Edwardian bay window so needed a bespoke pole. The product is of good quality, however they did not provide any instructions on how to install the product. When you know it is easy, but if you have never installed a bay window pole before it is initially frustrating that there is no UTUBE video or instructions in the packaging. I then needed to contact the supplier to ask for help.”

This is completely unreasonable. You were advised about the out of stock item. The order was delivered asap. Our terms and conditions which you agreed to at checkout ask you to check whether there is a restocking fee.

“Product is excellent quality and good that everything is included. It was a shame I had to chase up the delivery time (twice as long as stated on the website) this lack of upfront information was the weak link but efficiently addressed when I followed up.”

“Really helpful communication at the design phase; well packaged and safe delivery; one bracket unusable (screw holes too small) which was replaced without any quibble, (though a gentle e-mail reminder needed); delightfully smooth running pole; generally good service and communication; highly recommend product.”
