Ordered goods on Feb 7. I was eventually told they were not available. Still waiting for a refund ….on 17 March. They cannot be contacted by phone and do not reply to emails. AVOID

Ordered and paid mid December, received end of January! No telephone response for a couple of weeks and no apology/ compensation for inconvenience Eventually arrived in damaged box but all components present and quality of pole to be fair was very good

We are sorry for the delay with delivery. We were not made aware of the damaged box till now. You ordered the pole set mid December and it was placed on order same day. Unfortunately the item was out of stock. The supplier was closed from 21st December till 3rd January. We did send you an email on 16th January to notify that delivery was delayed till end of the month. Perhaps you missed this?

Despite 2 emails and a phone call to chase up a delivery, where I was assured I would be contacted back with details , I had no feedback ftom Pole Design at al! I received delivery advice from Evri nearly 4 weeks after the order date. But no shipping advice, supportor feed back was received from Pole Design. I cannot comment on the quality of the item, but as to customer handling: not recommended.

Hello We are sorry you are dissatisfied but the manufacturer was waiting on components. We have notification this was delivered last Wednesday 28th December. Please check your emails and let us know if any further issues. We have been having a Christmas break which I’m sure you can appreciate hence why we have been working with skeleton staff.

We are sorry for the delay with the silent gliss cord weight. Usually this is on a 2/3 working day lead time. Unfortunately this item was out of stock but this has now been dispatched and you should have received it. Any issues please let us know.

Delivery costs are high. They sent the wrong but didn’t want it back as too costly to return? They confirmed sent replacement which took ages to arrive, courier said had been when hadn’t. The parcel was battered and broken and contents damaged. They have not replied to my last email. Avoid.

Hello, we are sorry you have had these issues and we forwarded the damaged packaging issue to the courier company for feedback. However, We were unaware there were any issues with the actual goods. If this is the case please let us know and we will organise replacements to go out asap. The original order did not need to be returned and we sent this order as a replacement FOC. Our delivery costs are in line with other suppliers and are reasonable. This should have been on a 1/2 working day signed for service but it sounds like the goods got lost hence the damage for which we do apologise.

I have tried on multiple occasions to reach the company via email and their website to arrange a return. I have had no reply so have no way to get a refund.

It took 5 weeks to come 20 miles and when I eventually received them they were not as god as I thought they would be so I asked for a refund. I was then informed that out of the £61.51 I paid, £25 would be taken out for delivery and re-stocking, plus I would have to pay for the return. NOT A HAPPY BUNNY

We informed you on order that the goods were out of stock and they were delivered as soon as back in stock. As per our terms and conditions we cannot cover returns costs.

I purchased the items in a next day delivery. The items were forgotten and had not been collected and not dispatched, when I rang to ask I was told they would get back to me. Eventually I received an email explaining the error and they would find out when the order would be created. After waiting 9 days for a next day delivery I asked for a refund and then received five further emails that were Curt and saying there would be no refund. I feel the level of customer service and customer satisfaction has fallen well below my expectations and I have dealt with much more professional companies and would not use this company again.

The customer ordered a cut to length order and then wanted to cancel. Once this has been processed and entered into our system Made to Measure Orders cannot be cancelled as per our Terms and Conditions. Next day delivery is not guaranteed.

Hello, the postcode was misread as GLU2 80LA instead of GLU28 0LA an easy mistake to have made got which we apologise . It is Sunday today and we will be back in touch on Monday to sort it out for you

The order was delayed by two weeks (taking into account bank holidays) due to Covid-19 as most factories were closed. I think this is reasonable especially since you would not have been able to purchase this from any shops due to Lockdown. Our usual 4/5 working day lead times have now resumed for made to order items thanks to our hard working Distributors

This was due to unforeseen circumstances during COVID-19. The item was shipped out as soon as staff were able to return to Manufacturing.

We apologise for the delayed delivery which was outwith our control. The poles were rerouted by the Courier Company Both poles are designed to be supported with a centre bracket for strength. The joining screw is just to secure one pole to another.

I have already contacted you by email. The poles are totally unsatisfactory for the job and would break if we tried to use them. The colour though called Bronze IS SILVER. We would like a refund and a return address for the poles. Kathy Harvey

We are sorry you feel the need to post this negative review less than 24 working hours after you contacted us. We will of course accept a return and refund. Regarding the colour we recommend ordering a sample if unsure. We will be in touch in due course.

So disappointed with this company waited weeks for my ceiling brackets , had no response to my emails and no answer to my calls will never use this company again, eventually they sent my goods six weeks later .

We apologise for the delay with the delivery. However, we should point out that the delay was three and a half weeks and this was due to the factory closing down for two weeks during the Christmas period. The order was placed on the 18th December and this was too late to get delivery before Christmas. We recommend any customers requiring goods around the Christmas period should order by beginning of December

The item has not been delivered following multiple enquiries back with the company; refund has been refused. We will now need to reach out to consumer watchdog to assist us in claiming costs back.

The customer ordered two made to measure tracks on 29.06.17. These items have an estimated lead time of 4/5 working days. We notified the customer on dispatch and the items were due to be delivered on Monday 10.07.17.; working day 6. However, the delivery Company have been unable to locate the address. We feel the customer has been extremely premature in posting this review given the goods are still in transit. Made to measure items cannot be refunded as they cannot be resold and this is clearly stated on our Terms and Conditions. We would be happy to talk to Consumer Watchdog. Can you please confirm urgently your delivery details so we can deliver tomorrow Wednesday.

Pole has still not arrived, it should have arrived on the 19th Dec, it has according to the track it has been sat in their Bristol depot since the 20th Dec? What is going on? Why send a survey before checking i have received the order? not very good service

The customer ordered a Silent Gliss made to measure pole on the 15.12.16 which was on a 3/4 working day lead time. The Tuffnells tracking shows that both parcels 2/2 were signed for on the specified delivery date of 21.12.16. We have now been told that they did receive both parcels on the correct day.

MULTIPLE MISTAKES AND INCORRECT WEBSITE INFORMATION. WHAT A SHAMBLES. I ordered a Silent Gliss pole and extra gliders from Pole Design. Half of my order wasn't sent and the rail was incorrectly made up as per my order. They state that additional gliders are sold in packs of 25 and after forgetting to send mine they posted me out 10. After contacting them and telling them I had paid for 25 gliders, Pole Design said they would send out another 10. The gliders sent aren't the same as those shown on the website. They have the SAME picture on the website for 2 different kinds of gliders. They don't accept that they have copied the wrong PDF picture onto their website for the glider I ordered. They sent me an email saying I could return the pole and then denied this when I spoke to them. They had sent me another customers email! I contacted them again to get the missing end gliders and they sent out the wrong gliders. They don't fit on the rail. Before writing this review I gave Pole Design many opportunities to sort out their catalogue of errors and acknowledge their website errors but they haven't. I still don't have a functioning pole as per my order. I therefore can't recommend Pole Design

The customer purchased a 23mm Metropole with standard 3534 gliders. She received the order and then said that the wrong gliders had been installed on the pole. She said she wanted Wave gliders. The 23mm Metropole is not compatible with Wave gliders and It is not stated on the website that it should be. We will arrange to send out the missing 15 standard 3534 gliders and another 2 extra 3070 stops today. As there is only one glider in existence that fits onto the channel on the 23mm pole it is impossible that the incorrect gliders have been fitted. The customer failed to mention that we sent out two Silent Gliss Silver draw rods as a goodwill gesture to the retail value of £20 with her original order which was under £80. This was her second order and the first was received with no complaint

it took forever to get the items, we had very little communication and they did only communicate when we threatened to take action to recover our money. very poor company and we would not recommend them to anyone based on this order.

Many apologies for the delay. The manufacturer of this item had production problems in the factory which unfortunately affected a lot of customers. We passed on as much information as was available to us at the time. We understand the problems have now been resolved and don't anticipate any future delays.
