“I found dealing with your company a real pleasure. My email was answered quickly, the samples arrived promptly and my order arrived as instructed. I appreciated being informed of the day of delivery. However my Silent Gliss Metroflat curtain rail was disappointing. But this is what I've come to expect in this 'less than perfect' world we now inhabit. The design is brilliant, but the quality of the metal finish had minor flaws [ oblivious when hanging on the wall - I will admit] and the plastic covers for the brackets were a cheap finish. But as I say, only to be expected in the 21st century. The balance of these imperfections was the service and professionalism of Pole Design, which I could not fault.”

“I have bought several poles from Pole Design (about 6 of different types) and they have all been just what I wanted. Just been back again to buy extra chrome rings for one pole I delayed installing as used more rings on other poles. Have ordered over telephone and internet. They have been very helpful and most efficient. Would definitely use them again and recommend them.”
