The poles were delivered later than the expected latest date and missed the day the fitter came - causing additional delay and expense.

We are sorry for the slight delay with your order. One of the profiles was out of stock. We do advise not to book fitters until you have the goods in hand.

Products are good but there is no information for delivery once the item is sent out. No tracking of any kind so I was hanging around for days waiting for it to turn up. It took 7days in total.

Hi keith We are sorry you did not receive tracking. This is something we do on a routine basis. We did however notify you on dispatch on 15th December. Perhaps you missed this email or it went into junk. The order would have then been delivered within two working days. This would be in line with the 4/5 working day lead time for made to measure products

Customer service excellent via telephone when I called. I would suggest improving system for updating customers on dispatch dates, then no call would have been required to receive an update. Quality of poles was beyond expectation. Thank you.

I am concerned as to why you did not receive the updates as we have looked back our records and you were updated at every stage from expected dispatch date to dispatch confirmations and tracking. Please can you check your email was entered correct on the original order as our systems rely on your input. I have contacted you by phone

The delivery charge of £8.95 is very reasonable for long and heavy goods 200cm length pole signed for. Goods ordered on a Monday and delivered the following day Tuesday at 09:56 am is extremely efficient, there are no grounds for complaint here

We ordered a pair of curtain rods from Pole Design. After a slight delay which made me feel that they had forgotten to dispatch the parcel until I sent an email query asking where it was, the rods arrived in a very well-packaged condition, although I noted that the package was supposed to have been signed-for on delivery by their chosen courier company. In fact, we were out when the courier attempted delivery, so the driver signed my name on the paperwork as having taken delivery, and then leaned over the locked side-gate to leave the package leaning against the gate in the pouring rain. Fortunately, it was wrapped in plastic. The poles were exactly as described, and fitted very easily.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We will take this up with the Courier on Monday as this should not happen and we take this seriously. Thankfully the items were very well packaged and no damage was done.

Ordered this product some time ago and was not told it was not in stock. Spoke to them when had not heard anything to be told it would be 6 weeks. Then had to chase them up as the 6 week came to an end. Once chased the ordered turned up within 24 hours

The order was placed with the Manufacturer the same day it was ordered with us. Unfortunately this coincided with Covid19 delays which had an effect on the supply chain. I can assure you this was the case.

Website easy to navigate. Lots of designs and colours to choose from. Extremely good value for money. I would have given 5 stars if it wasn't for the exorbitant shipping costs. I paid far more for that than the articles I ordered.

Orders under £95 incur an £8.95 delivery charge. This charge is clearly specified at checkout. The items were 75cm long and delivered by Courier signed for. Delivery costs.

Polo is fine shame about the price and the delivery price as I wish I had looked in homerase first as they are only £16.99 and I payed £37 in total from your company. So shop around first.

Very happy with the silent gliss curtain pole. Have bought them from pole design before on a few occasions. Not happy with the delay in delivery. Had to ask for updates instead of being kept updated on progress with my order.

The customer wanted to return a pole set length 240cm because she ordered the wrong size. We offered to uplift the pole set via Tuffnells Long and Heavy goods service at a cost of £25 or the customer could return at her own expense. This is inline with other online retailers. The customer declined both offers as wanted us to pay for the return. We do not offer exchanges of goods.

Bought two finials last week, they didn't fit, rang co. They didn't answer phone so went out, whilst out they called back saying to ring or email l emailed back and ad of today l have heard. Nothing, l am returning goods today a d will probably buy elsewhere

The track does not fit perfectly and we've had to use one of our own smaller brackets to make it fit. I had said the measurements weren't fitting exactly with the template but was told not to worry. Also I was told the number of brackets supplied would be enough but have not been supplied with enough to be placed on the recommended 60cm apart. Track seems firm and looks nice though - yet to put our heavy curtains up to determine whether the track will, in fact, take the weight.
