Hi, Excellent service, once the initial hurdle of a "looped supply" had been overcome. Installer was very efficient, polite and explained everything very clearly. Only took 1.5 hours to install. Would definitely recommend.

Install was great. Really quick and left everything tidy. However, I am unable to pair the solo to the app. Wi-Fi is stable just will not pair. Please help.

The installation was excellent. The experience getting it set up not so great. The fact that money upfront and no ability to discuss options prior to paying a lot of money. Not being able to-check possible install dates was extremely frustrating. Not a good business model. Not a good customer experience until the installer arrived.

A complicated online experience. Lots of photos needed and information that wasn’t made aware would be needed. Wasn’t clear how long we would need to wait for installation.

In essence a very satisfactory experience. The engineer arrived on time, communicated the tasks he would undertake, got on with them, and delivered a viable solution. He was tidy, approachable, and attentive. The offered service is, however, not bespoke - if you want the installation executed in a slightly different way (but still according to the regulations) you may be disappointed.

A bit of a complicated fitting but Anthony worked out a way and installed the pod where we wanted. Unfortunately he was given a different day for installation than we were - changed due to Queens funeral - but we were able to accommodate and got the pod early, fortunate as car arrived early. Delivery comments below relate to extra cable ordered. Not used in anger yet but so far happy to recommend Pod Point and will use again when uktimately the second car becomes electric

Overall quite good albeit longwinded getting to finally instal. Providing the correct information & photos is a challenge if you live in an older house where it's difficult to know the names of what you're supposed to be taking pictures of. Podpoint guidance is quite good but not always 100% clear. We got there in the end having had to get UK Power Networks involved & the actual fitting went really well with the fitter doing his best to make sure cables are out of the way.

The install engineer was one of the nicest person I've met! The only reason I've given 4 stars and not a 5 is because of the survey. I feel like covid is not a big issue anymore and surveys took lots of time for me which then delayed the installation.

The installation was excellent on the day. My only disappointment was that I was expecting a 3 kW charging point but a 7 kW was fitted and the installer suggested that 3 kW was never installed so appeared not to be an option. Also, the website did not appear to allow a conversation with an engineer to help understand the option, although I was called by someone later in the process.

So far pod point is working well at my house. It was easy and self-explanatory when I booked for it which came along with booking my electric car. Installation was probably not so clear and easy, although not difficult. I was asked for pictures and measurements of all sorts of things during installation process. Although it was not installed where it would have been more convenient for me, I can understand the difficulties of the process. Response from the pod point installation team was delayed, either it could be emails or phone calls. I would get emails response a week later, phone calls were on hold for too long like 20-30mins. This is my feedback! The Installation process on the day itself was very impressive and excellent! I will recommend pod point for others.

I thought Pod Point did a good job. I carried out the survey and sent photos as instructed, but when it came to installing the cable prior to connection, the engineer was not happy to drill a hole through the wall or run it under the floor as an alternative, so this delayed things somewhat. Eventually Pod Point sent me the cable and I ran it under the floor myself which was straightforward and the engineer then had to come back to connect everything. Apart from that problem Pod Point were good, hence the four star out of five review.

Great job. Very polite and knowledgeable engineer. Highly recommend. Admin was slow, I got the idea the admin department were only in the office once per week so it took a while to organize with weekly emails going back and forth.
