“Only received half my order and no reply about the rest being delivered”

“It's important to keep up with stock levels and not sell items that are not on the shelf. I need materials quickly, if you don't have it, say so. More so as I paid in advance for something you didn't have. The plus is you refunded me quickly.”

“Excellent quick delivery. However, the 50 mm finished size across the flats is actually 49 mm and therefore doesn't fit. After difficult filing I managed to get engagement of 2mm onto the nut. Plumbing Supplies should insist the manufacturer supplies the spanner to a minimum clearance of 0.5 mm.”

“Purchased a plumbing package. Good value for money. Just an issue with the superfire 2 torch it arrived without packaging and instructions. When I contacted the company by email. 5 days later and I've still not received a replied.to.my.email. also bought pair of pipe cutters one of which arrived.without original packaging. No communication to my email. Need someone to sort it.”

“Product received on time but the tape seal on the box was broken and the box had been opened previously. The time switch looked ok but after installation the time clock stopped in less than 24 hrs. I am awaiting them to collect the item as it is being returned.”
