“Every time I order from this company there is always something missing from the order. Luckily it’s relatively simple to let them know and they send the missing parts. Not ideal if you’re in a hurry though.”

“Good products and good prices but poor practices. Ordered three things and when dispatched they gave me a tracking number that didn't work. Only for the package to turn up on the last day anyway, but with an item missing. It took me phoning them to find out they didn't have the item and I'd have to wait for it, then then finally contacted me and said they weren't getting them back in stock at all and they'd have to refund me. No offer of alternatives and of course messed up the job I wanted to do and meant I had to source parts elsewhere which delayed things as I sourced everything from them originally.”

“Good service. The only problem was, that the one in the photo was the one that I wanted. But I didn’t receive that one, i was sent one where I would have to remove the entire shower base to fix it. My shower waste is only broken on the chrome top part, so thought that would have been a simple change over (looking at the photo) rather than alter everything. If you have the one in the photo I would be grateful as that would be a simple fix . Thank you”

“the inner liner of the top section was bent very uneven making it dip at the top and making the pocket in side feel restricted would of been better if 1 piece of plastic formed the lid, need it for work no time to send back so will just have to accept it and may be just this 1... little bit gutted as rest of bag is good.”

“order took 6 dayscto arrive despite receivingvparcelforce email saying 24hours. Received email on friday saying order completed but rang monday and still not despatched. received tuesday though so once sent was quick judt not sent fir 5 days”

“Good service but would have been better if exact dimensions of some of the stuff was supplied. I bought toilet cistern couplings which turned out to be too thick and I couldn't use them but not worth the hassle of returning them. Otherwise OK. I would use them again but I'd be more careful in future.”

“Ordered 17 September, arrived at my local Post Office 18 September safe and sound. Sadly once unpacked I had received a flush valve rather than the side feed float I required..... It will go into my stock as I have several cisterns using this valve! My neighbour suggested Screwfix as a supplier, my local store had it in stock......”
