“product was fine but delivery company dpd was poor. took 3 attempts for which we waited in. one driver claimed he called when he didn't and even deleted a message about where a safe place was should he not be able to contact us.”

“Phoned prior to ordering to confirm that the free option was next day and that they would process and dispatch the same day as it was before the cutoff. This was confirmed and so I placed the order within a minute of hanging up the phone and received a tracking number that didnt work. I emailed them that evening to confirm the tracking number was correct hoping for a reply in the morning but never got one. The next day once the order had actually been dispatched the tracking number worked and the item arrived the following day. Slightly dissapointed when I specifically phoned to confirm it would be dispatched the same day and no response to my email.”

“Not the best service, paid for 1-3 day delivery with DPD, on 4 th day it hadn’t arrived, called and they said sorry it hasn’t left us! Put it in a overnite service but still took another 2 days to come!b”

“The materials that I ordered arrived pretty quick I was pleased, but I was very disappointed that I couldn't get my 15mm copper pipe delivered. That reason I was given is unacceptable to me for a business to give that kind of excuse. If I had known i would have my copper pipe I would have gone elsewhere for all my materials.”

“Not satisfied with customer after sales support. Purchased a rothenberger hot bag. The MAPP gas and torch arrived in good condition but the actual bag was torn. Tried phoning multiple times well working business hours and messaged customer support with zero reply. Was gonna leave it alone but they sent me a well cheeky email asking for a review after they blatantly naused me. Well boys, here’s ya review. Hope you choke on it.”
