“Ordered 30 bags of floor leveller, no confirmation email first of all, then called the next day to be told that they couldn't fulfill the order due to the size, my question why have that quantity available to order? Then they didn't refund, and we got a text saying it's being delivered that day? Called again for the man to say no it wasn't being delivered and that it was an automatic system notification and they don't deliver to Scotland anyway! Shocking company”

“Placed an order on the 7th of October. Paid extra for fast delivery with parcel force, 1-3 working days. The item has never arrived. Never received a confirmation email of the order. I had to search local shops to finish a project over weekend. I am filling a claim on PayPal. Appropriate feedback was writers on Trust Pilot too. You are just idiots.”

“This company is the worst of all because it prevents contact and sending questions. I want to return my purchase Rothenberger Electric Multi Tool from 14/08/2024 . Please advise me how to do this. I sent you email with this request but the email is wrong or blocked. I cannot contact this company. I want to return this tool, it is not useful for me, it is too heavy and noisy and does not perform the expected functions. I want my money back.”
