“This company is the worst of all because it prevents contact and sending questions. I want to return my purchase Rothenberger Electric Multi Tool from 14/08/2024 . Please advise me how to do this. I sent you email with this request but the email is wrong or blocked. I cannot contact this company. I want to return this tool, it is not useful for me, it is too heavy and noisy and does not perform the expected functions. I want my money back.”

“The thermostat was broken and they told me to call the manufacturer, they should know that they are responsible for the thermostat they sold and refund or replace , not the manufacture. Yours truly Adrian Boult.”

“The reviews for this "company" on Trustpilot are very poor, wish I had checked first before I used them as my experience is also not great. They have sent me the wrong product, a much cheaper item,I cannot contact them as their telephone number goes to a prerecorded message which gets you nowhere, so far they haven't replied to emails either. I have now raised a case with Paypal to try and retrieve my money, be careful with this outfit.”

“Item ordered and I was then advised it is out of stock after payment had been taken from my account. Asked if I’d like to wait on stock or would like a refund. Requested a refund and am still waiting on it and have had no further contact advising when the refund will be made.”

“I ordered a part the website showed the part was in-stock. 1-3 working days for delivery. The next day I received an email stating the part had been dispatched and a parcel force tracking number was supplied. On the 4th working day with no delivery I checked the tracking number with parcel force to it was not recognised. I telephoned to enquire about my order and was told that my part hadn't been in stock and they had ordered one from somewhere else but that had gone missing. I told the person I was talking to to cancel the order and refund my money. They said they would 2 weeks later I'm still waiting for the refund!”

“Product arrived yesterday after a delay(was ok with the delay thanks to good communications) sadly the main part of the product was not in the bag/box and is clearly missing. Tried to call no answer, have emailed, no answer. Disappointed that they don’t have people working in a Friday and now starting to think I may have been scammed. Beware”
