“I ordered a Siamp skipper 45 duel flush symphonic for my toilet. It arrived on time but reading the manual it referred to spare parts and tools that should be included. I rang up Plumbing supplies direct to query this, they took my telephone No and email address and said they would get back to me, I am still waiting 4 days later, shocking customer service and I am not the only one to suffer, try another supplier!!”

“Having checked my records - I ordered the same product from you some months back Soudal Stayfresh neutral cure Silicone and you sent me Stayfresh Acetoxy for which you gave me a refund. Not realising it was the same company I have just ordered the same product "Neutral Cure" but I checked your site, which shows both products. I double-checked I was ordering the correct product and added a note to the order "Must be Neutral Cure" and you have again sent me the ACETOXY version. Don't bother with the refund, I blame myself.”

“The wrong product has been sent - roll and stroll hard floor protector instead of carpet protector. Still not had a resolution for this problem. Unlikely I’ll now get the product for when I need it. I’d also paid extra for next day delivery. Very disappointing”
