I ordered a part the website showed the part was in-stock. 1-3 working days for delivery. The next day I received an email stating the part had been dispatched and a parcel force tracking number was supplied. On the 4th working day with no delivery I checked the tracking number with parcel force to it was not recognised. I telephoned to enquire about my order and was told that my part hadn't been in stock and they had ordered one from somewhere else but that had gone missing. I told the person I was talking to to cancel the order and refund my money. They said they would 2 weeks later I'm still waiting for the refund!
