Product arrived yesterday after a delay(was ok with the delay thanks to good communications) sadly the main part of the product was not in the bag/box and is clearly missing. Tried to call no answer, have emailed, no answer. Disappointed that they don’t have people working in a Friday and now starting to think I may have been scammed. Beware
