“The worst online shopping experience I have ever had. Please do not shop here. I purchased something.. a week later I have not had an email confirmation and no product. I called up to enquire, no answer. When I emailed, I got no response. I hear they may not be trading.. but yet customer’s are still able to make purchases. Surely this is illegal? And then they have the cheek to send me a request to review. So here is my review. Stay well clear.”

“Ordered 2 tap extensions and payed extra for next day delivery as it was urgently needed for fitting a bathroom , unfortunately they couldn't write the proper adress on the parcel so it take me half a day to follow up and manage to get it. They haveto focus on attention to details.”

“Don't bother ordering. Order was cancelled without permissio. After they charged postage, i was emailed to say they needed more so refunded without even discussing - leaving me with no board when needed.”

“Ordered the Rothenburger plumbers kit and pipe bender. Paid the extra for Saturday delivery. It arrived on time but with items missing. Says on the invoice items to follow. Get an email hours after delivery. Saying my order has been dispatched with missing items. Some of the delivered items were not in the manufactures packaging. The blow torch was out of square with a slack Alan key . This item was not in the manufacturer’s packaging. A bag that fits on the handle of the pipe bender missing. If they were not able to complete my order. They should have contacted me so I could have the option to cancel. The delivery of the missing items will cause me issues. I paid extra for everything to be delivered on Saturday”

“Very poor unfortunately the wrong post code was put on the package by Plumbing supplies system or a member of staff which led to the parcel not being delivered to me and a delay of almost a week I ended up having to go to the parcel force depot myself to collect I called Plumbing supplies to explain they said they could do nothing for as me as they accepted a picture from parcel force of the package in what looked like a warehouse When you enter your post code a street address will come up linked to that post code I don't know what caused the anomaly but it was a major inconvenience It was a part for my boiler which meant my family had no hot water on some of the coldest days this winter”

“Just don’t order from them. I read a few reviews after I had placed my order with them but at first it was going well. Email received saying order had been received and then later an email from parcel force saying that had been advised of a delivery to me. The next day got an email saying the item wasn’t in stock so did I want to wait ( but they had no idea on when stock would arrive ) or refund. I asked for a refund but didn’t get an email back confirming this. I emailed the next day asking could they confirm and still nothing. I opened a help ticket nothing again. I have rang several times but they say they are closed but is well after the 8am they say that they are open. I have spoken to my credit card company and I have to wait 15days before they can dispute the payment.”

“Ordered the parts in December they didn’t arrive and had no response to my emails, requesting an update or replacement parts. I correspondence being ignored and out of pocket. I will not use this company again and recommend you steer clear.”

“Atrocious customer service. They were unable to supply order in full so I cancelled it. They sent it anyway. Their customer interface seems to be in complete disarray.”
