“Ordering was simple and I was able to collect from a local store next day. Would of been 5 star but I didn't get confirmation that my order was to be collected , meaning a phone call was needed. The lady I spoke to was very efficient and helpful. All in all a good experience.”

“the customer service I got was great, delivery was great, can't fault anything except the order was slightly wrong with me receiving less nails but this was quickly rectified just a bit annoying as it would have been good to start the roof”

“Searched internet for plastic trim, these were cheapest by far, didn't really know what to expect quality wise but when they arrived I could not believe the superb quality. I was very impressed and also by the speed of delivery I received my order 2 days after placing it. I would definitely order from them again and would recommend them to everyone.”

“Ordered facia boards, they never contacted me to say they had problems getting them , then when I contacted them they said they will refund me my money, week later still no refund had to contact them again and they said they had refunded, which they haven’t so I’ve raised a dispute with pay pal as that’s how I paid, stay well away from this company bunch of amateur cowboys”

“The company is impossible to get hold of. Live chat is never available and the phone line is never answered. If you put out a recording that says "We are experiencing a high level of calls", then that is not a high level - it's your normal level and you're doing nothing to improve the situation. There really is no excuse for not answering a telephone call where people want to spend money with you.”
