My only problem was they were delivered to a different house on my Close, with no note informing me that they had been delivered and to whom. A neighbour said he had wondered around from house to house, asking if they had ordered guttering!?”

“I missed a small item (costing a couple of pounds) off my order, but then sent an email within hours asking for it to be added. I got no reply and order arrived without. I tried several times to get it from my local Eurocell depot, but they were out of stock and ultimately had to pay Eurocell £10 to deliver a £2 part. Finally after weeks delay I can do the job.”
