“Prompt delivery, product in good condition. £30 minimum spend for free delivery is good compared to other companies.”

“Still waiting for my prepaid order 10 days after ordering on 31/3/24. Your post order contact for customers is appalling. Basically ignoring all contact by customers. All you get , no matter what time you call is a pre recorded message. I did get a reply from customer services, once via e mail, which didn't do me any good, as I still am waiting for my order to be delivered.”
