“Excellent service, booking online easy, well sign posted at airport, plenty spaces available,bus arrived quickly, on return again bus arrived quickly, easy to exit- would highly recommend, excellent value for money”
“Book before arriving friend didnt and paid 4 x as much as we did Which was shocking considering it’s the same space in the same car park for the same duration, camera picked up the wrong reg but was easily resolved when exiting, other than that was easy and short walk”
“I never used the parking and tried to cancel. I contacted the airport as when I tried to cancel online it said it had no record of booking. Although I have email s and money came out bank. Still waiting to hear back from airport. Still not heard yet and that’s been 10 days now since I contacted.”

“Plane Parking offered a good price in a convenient location. The number recognition didn't work when we arrived, but help was on hand via the phone. The car number printed on the ticket wasn't correct either and it took two goes to exit the car park when we left (two different barriers). The bus worked very well, even at 01:00, and dropped us right at the terminal.”
“Brilliant when dropping of car found the man very helpful with advice on getting tag for keys etc.pick up very easy only shocker was getting asked to pay £4 on leaving as I was late by about 20 minutes due to flight delays. Did not think there was any need for that .just not necessary.”
“I always pre book my parking but on the past few occasions the car reg has not been recognised on entry. This means having to contact your office on exit that can take some time to verify the booking. Not ideal at 3am and just wanting to get home.”
