“Great cheap no frills car parking. Pre booked and paid online, ANPR barrier on arrival and departure making it so easy. Arrived at 3.30am and waited 7/8mins for a bus then a 2min walk into the terminal. No hassles at all. Would recommend and use again.”
“Good experience, plenty parking spaces, no issues entering or leaving the car park. Only criticism is that the courtesy bus hadn’t a lot of room for luggage, people had cases on seats as there were no luggage racks. Overall experience was good.”
“Everything worked fine apart from the delay in getting back to my car. There was a queue and I could only see one bus in operation. Loading cases as well as travellers inevitably meant that the bus was not full to capacity. It took us about 15 minutes in the rain before we got on the bus.”
“A bit confusing as to why the barrier didn’t recognise my reg number and I had to press the button for a ticket which had no details of my booking on it which concerned me that I would have issues on my return, but that wasn’t the case as it opened for me on exiting. All that worry for nothing 😁”

We had a small issue with the number plate recognition on entry and I noticed the Car reg wasn’t printed on the ticket. On our return, we simply drove to the exit gate and the camera recognised the ref ok & automatically let us out. Simple !”
“The whole experience, finding parking, the cost was fine. Shuttle bus was good but nowhere to safely stow luggage. The spaces are ridiculously tight. The thing that shocked me most, was being asked to pay £176 charging when my ticket was refused at the barrier!”

“Easy, convenient and simple. Park as instructed, off load vehicle. Short walk to reception, drop off key, take return ticket. Short walk to terminal building. When you return, scan ticket, tells you which box to pick up your key and what bay it is in. Load up vehicle and drive off. Simples. Definitely will use again.”
