“Booked and paid online. Barrier didn't lift on arrival 0230hrs. Advised yo take ticket and park. Returned from holiday. Put ticket in machine.... barrier again wouldn't lift.... display read that I hadn't paid and required £180 to release the barrier. I had to get home 70 miles to collect my cat from cat Hotel.... paid the £180. Tried to contact plane parking using email and a phone number I eventually found online.... phone wouldn't connect! Contacted Edinburgh Airport direct via email who sorted this for me within a few hours. Reimbursed next day if the £180. Absolute disgrace...”
“Easy to book online. Car was parked up for a wee and no issues. Shutting bus from car park to airport was provided and was available both ends of the journey,👍”
“Have used Plane Parking a good few times now. It always works well as far as getting in, finding a space and transport to and from the airport. The auto number plate reader is not always working, so take a copy of your booking receipt just in case.”
“The spaces in the car park are too narrow and subsequently when I was away my car was damaged. Luckily the person responsible left their details and it is getting repaired through a bodyahop. The transfer process was simple and the driver friendly.”
Thank you for your review. The spaces within all of our car parks are all the standard size which are common across UK car parks at 2.4 metres by 4.8 metres. I am sorry to hear your vehicle was damaged but I am glad you are getting this sorted.

Only quibble was the signage for the return bus as if wasn't clear which bus was for Plane Parking as the signs stopped.
