“On both entering and exiting the car park i had to press the assistance button. Once the person checked for my booking i was then allowed to enter/exit. When trying to exit the message came up on the sign saying i was due £150! This was a bit of a worry but resolved upon speaking to someone on the assistance button. Unfortunately it was not as smooth as i had hope it would be however things were quickly resolved.”

Much to my surprise I found on arrival a notice stating that there was no shuttle bus service available.
This resulted in me having to walk to the terminal to pick up an inbound passenger(my wife) and then lug her large suitcase back to your parking lot.
