“Easy to check in and get keys back with machines and lock boxes. Ticket on key upon return was quite confusing with so many letters which could have been the area the car was parked but the handwritten number on the bottom was the actual space.”
“I have used Plane Parking at Edinburgh airport many times, but this last visit wasn't great. I was booked in for 4am (a time I have arrived in the past) and quickly found a space close to the first bus stop. Waited 20 minutes for the bus to arrive, by which point there was a crowd needing to get on. There wasn't enough room for the large amount of people at the second stop, so we had to pass them. It appeared there was only one bus running at that time, which, considering there were 28 flights from 4 - 6.30am, seems negligible. I'm booked in again for this week and really hope this was just a blip.”

I would have found 'how to exit directions' helpful but other than that will use again.”

“Honestly, as the second time we’ve used Plane Parking in Edinburgh, I think we both consider it probably faster than trekking out into the mid or long stay car parks immediately next to the airport to find your car amongst the masses and then navigate your way out. Plane Parking is so much simpler, buses so frequent that even if you’re waiting, it’s less than 10 minutes, a very short journey and seamless entry and exit to the parking itself. Excellent price and service, 100% will use again when next flying out of Edinburgh.”

“Everything was very straightforward- it’s busy tho, so can be stressful looking for spaces. Our flight was cancelled so we ended jip picking up next morning. I had tried and tried the night before to extend the session but was impossible. I think that could be easier and more logical. However, the chap I dealt with in intercom couldn’t have been more helpful.”
