“Everything as described- all worked well but price was high my fault as booked late. The exit points are built up with cement/ very bad for wheels as an aside”
“Straight forward and hassle free. Only issue was that I made an error in booking in time by a few hours. I realised my mistake and sent a message to ask if the time could be brought forward by 4 hours. I received a message back saying that only way was to cancel and rebook. This cost me £10 more than original booking which was annoying.”
“Paid in advance at a good price online, got charged again upon exit (£140 for 5 days) despite not exceeding the booked time at all. Quite large puddles through the car park when rainy so not ideal for lugging big suitcases through”
“My car has been damaged while left in the car park for the week. There is a scratch on the drivers side wing and back passenger door which the culprit must have known they had done which I suspect was deliberate.”

“We didn't stay and were unable to cancel since the web page for doing this failed to recognise our order number. It took several e-mails and complaints and FOUR working days to get any response and a refund of our booking cost. The order code uses a font which does not distinguish between cap i, lower case L and number one - but none of these worked. If I had needed to amend the times at short notice it would have been imossible and the flight missed. UTTERLY INCOMPETENT”
“Good service up until our return when it took 30 minutes for the bus to return to the airport, no excuses offered for the delay and why no number to call someone to send another bus as when we returned one was sitting with driver in it with the lights out ?”
