“Couldn't fault the car parking my only issue was our flight times were changed but we couldn't amend our booking had to cancel and rebook which was annoying as the price had gone up so felt penalised when it wasn't our fault.”

“Probably easy when you know where to find the sings. On our way there it took about 5 attempts before we saw the first sign for Plane parking. On return, we were walking around with another couple who were also looking for a sign. We eventually found the sign but didn't realise we had to walk through the tunnel to get there. All very confusing and stressful. All the looking around for signs made us later than we had hoped. Hopefully next time... If we use Edinburgh airport,... We will remember.”

“Got there grand! Plate Recognition working, bus route was good and quick.
01.45am coming home, popped ticket in and it asked for £187.00!!!! Bloomin heck, panic was an understatement....pressed help buzzer a few times. Lovely man answered, had to answer a few questions, why? I'm not sure as I had no trouble entering the car park. He did what he needed to do and the barrier lifted, phew...”

It sounds as though our automatic number plate recognition (ANPR) system hasn't registered you upon entry. When this occurs, it means our system doesn't match you to your booking and you are then charged the roll-up rate in error upon exit. This doesn't happen often but when it does, I understand the frustration that it causes.

“Confused on our return as we had some difficulty in finding the return pick up point , as did some other passengers. We asked other pick up operaters but none of them could tell us where to go and a telephone number printed on the exit ticket would have been useful. Perhaps after a long day tiredness played a part in our confusion.”
“Parked car and was on bus within a minute and same again on my return,within a minute of standing at bus stop the bus arrived to take us back to car.”
“I booked in advance. When I arrived, I could not access the car park. I pressed the help button, it did not work. I had to reverse back out. I tried telephoning for help but could not get through to anyone. I tried a different barrier, pressed the help button and was issued with a ticket. I returned after my holiday, 2am arrival. No signage at airport for the bus stance and nothing on my booking email telling me where to get the car park bus. I was a lone female with a child trailing up and down the bus stances at 3.30am, given lots of wrong information by other drivers.
I eventually found the bus stop which is behind the tram station (why??) struggled with my suitcases, no one helped. My child got off the bus and tripped over the luggage as it was so dark. We tried to exit the car park but barrier said I owed £180!!! I had to press for help and thankfully someone answered, checked my details and allowed me to leave. It was now 4am! Not a good experience at all.”

“Largely acceptable parking option, with good shuttle connections and clear pick up and drop off area. Bit gutted to come back to see someone had clearly squeezed in between cars and scaped along mine in the process 😞. Maybe wider and defined spaces would help.”
“Second time I have used Plane parking and the booking process is straightforward and competitively priced. The coach drivers are polite and very helpful especially like me if you have a mobility problem - couldn’t praise them enough.”
