“Very poor service, paid online then when we arrived at airport we were redirected to another car parking area, entered the park g area then we we informed we had a parking charge of £110 when we tried to leave, had to then talk to an operator who was able to override the charge and let us out the barrier, not my idea if an efficient system at all☹️☹️”
“Was incredibly easy to use and self explanatory, with email barcodes to enter, once key was checked on arrival a barcode piece of paper was issued, which I used to open a wee box to release car key back to me. I was booked in for 10 days, but due to family issues I removed my car after 2, then took back again 3 days later, then collected car again at first arranged exit date (at no extra cost) I spoke to a few staff, on issue of exiting early and returning and they where extremely friendly and helpful. I can't fault this service in anyway. I'd definitely recommend and will use again, as it's a hassle free way to park near the terminal. For £59.99 I was able to leave my car near Edinburgh Airport terminal and collect near terminal. That's £6/day for parking...bargain!”
“The actual parking I paid for is very close to the Airport ( 2 to 4 minutes)
However, all the Plane Airport parking signs lead you to Plane parking further away
Signage for Plane parking needs to be there and only when I read the last email did it say go to the Terminal parking area ( but no signs for Plane ) and no instructions to say press the buzzer cos the ticket did not accept straight away so confusing”

“Left our car for 4 nights, plenty spaces to choose from, 5/10 minute walk to departures. Upon leaving I put ticket into machine, up pops a message saying I owed £140 !!!! I had paid for parking upfront. Had to press the call button & speak to someone. They took my registration then let me leave. What a bloody fright to give anybody !!!”
“All went to plan on entry and found a bay on second floor.
However, on exit, after putting ticket in machine, it said I was due around £460!!!
Heart fluttered a wee bit before nice gentleman on other side of intercom lifted the barrier.”
“No major problem book on line . Had email to upgrade to park next to the terminal which was good. On arrival put the ticket into the exit terminal to be tolled which would be £760.00 to exit was a shock but the man on the end of the help button was great and fixed it immediately. Mistakes are easy to make as I can make them it is how you fix them and this was done, therefor no problem.”
“Despite having paid for my parking in advance, I was asked to pay £140 at the barrier and with no button to press to contact a member of your staff was forced to pay this.
I have emailed you about this but have not had a reply.
My wife had a similar experience 10 days earlier and was forced to pay £155 to exit the car park. She has emailed your staff and spoken to them but has still not been reimbursed.

“Didn't realise I'd been changed to terminal parking so turned up and didn't get in checked my email and found out i had to find my way to terminal parking.when i arrived carpark was mostly full so got a space on the outskirts so had a 10 min walk in the rain.on returning got to the exit barrier and it said I was due £155 to leave.had to call control who I could not hear and after 5 stressful minutes of trying to explain eventually got out.dont need this after travelling for 12 hrs so won't be booking again.”
“All in all good value for money and close to terminal. On exit, however, when I inserted ticket the cost I was due for parking was £270.00 ( despite having pre-paid) I inserted it again and this time it advised I was due 670.00 !!! Eventually after some time and making contact via the call button barrier was lifted. Not the best situation to be in just returning fr9om holiday and being asked for 670.00. Have to say first time it has happened and have used terminal surface many times. Will not defer me from using again.”
“I have been using a few car parks in and around the Airport, for many years. Plane Parking is by far the best one now, easy instructions to get there, the lay out is fantastic, and the service if you are unsure what to do when you get there, is superb.”
