“Really good, recommend Fast Track any time - we've tried several other parking providers over the years but this is heads and shoulders the best as far as we are concerned: right by the terminal and easily operated. “Booked for 2 weeks and paid upfront. Hold up on way back from Palma and also luggage issue from a third party at Edinburgh making us later back than expected. Charged another £7!!!! Not happy. Have sent complaint into Edinburgh Airport parking as no contact number for Plane parking!!!”
“Parking was great. Easy to find, use and navigate. We got an upgrade to long stay parking and this was closer to the terminal.
The only thing that would have been better would have been a better path through the car park as it was harder to pull cases on the road”

I understand from your colleague who is based on site that you take pictures /video footage when the car is dropped off.

“Generally easy. Only 2 things to say. 1: would be good to have directions/signs where to walk to get out of the car park towards the airport. 2: would have been good in the email instructions to say that we need to take a ticket, then insert into the pay machine before exiting.”

Pre paid over the Net , arrived at the airport got a ticket Parked the car returned 10 days later insert ticket and exit

“Easy to find, number plate recognition didn't work, difficult to contact by email, assistance over the intercom at the exit gate at midnight was excellent though.”
“The scam continues........, so paid £43 for 5 days parking and then Ryanair cancel the return flight. Which means extra 2 days before returning to car for which Plane Parking now want £40. And joke of it all the attendant says claim it off Ryanair. Are they all in it together?? Simply won't be using either again.”
“A car park in a reasonably handy location to an airport . All good. However I was disappointed to arrive back in Edinburgh Airport 3 hours later than anticipated due to Edinburgh Airport air traffic control being unable to accept our flight earlier due to staff shortages ( reason given by Jet2 ) and then on exit from the carpark I get charged an extra £12 for the pleasure . Thanks folks .”
