The Staff were excellent, from the guy on the barrier, entry point, all the way to the guy that told me how to drop my car key off.

“Excellent service from arrival to departure, first time there, greeted at entrance and instructed in how to use gate system and directed in where to park, even on returning there were people there to help use the key pick up system, would definitely recommend and would use again.”
“We had a minor problem getting out, it was dark and we couldn’t find their to the street,allso the plane was delayed so this meant we were not leaving at the time we booked we were going to get charged £242,we rang for help, the woman on the income was very polite and helpful and cam as we were stressed as we had a long journey to go,the plane was delayed we were tired,we got it all resolved and the banners lifted and were away.we go on hols every year we are definitely using plane parking again.”
“At the last minute, my plans were all changed when Easyjet cancelled my flight. I was panicking to get everything re-arranged but the only thing I could not change before my departure, was my parking, as it was inside the 48hours notice to change an existing booking. I emailed them and they told me exactly what to do. I did it and the staff on entering - were great - and the staff at the Exit gate were also superb. We had a great trip that ended well for us.
The only I have with this parking area and I am using it another 4 times in the next two months is - what if it is raining as the walk is not that far but it is very open?”
“We struggled to find a space and ended up in what seemed to be the only one which was as far away from the terminal building as it could be. There was no “walkway” until we reached the mid stay parking. The “exit” sign led to a dead end. Presumably it’s still a work in progress?”
“I leave my car at the parking station at great condition. But then when I went to take it away. My car was all over in scratches, from the luggage trolleys.”
“Excellent service in every respect except that our plane was due in at 11.15 pm and I calculated it would be about midnight by time we would collect car. Very upset at having to pay a further £15 as midnight considered a new day. I always thought midnight was the end of a day and 1 minute past midnight was the new day. In any event we collected car at 11.50 but no sign of a £15 refund!”

“The parking was very easy to use. 2 minute walk to the airport terminal.
When I arrived back, I was out of the car park within 5 mins.
Definitely will be using this all the time in the future.”
“A very convenient way to park. Took a moment to work out the machine at drop off, but after that there were no problems. On return our flight was delayed by 4 hours so it was a relief that the car pick up was so near. Only downside is the cost!”
