“I booked the service online however I had a few major issues on my return to the UK with the service where I believe improvements could be made.
1. On return to UK, I had difficulty finding the location where the bus collected persons from the airport terminal. It would be useful when you book the service if you were provided with this information on a map for example. Having failed to locate the collection point I am not sure if there was a telephone number I could have called for assistance. I would recommend if there is a telephone number then it should be specified on the barrier exit ticket that you are provided with. I ended up walking to the car park!
2. On collecting my car from the car park I drove to the exit barrier and inserted the barrier exit ticket and to my shock the barrier did not open and stated I had to pay £176. Fortunately the courtesy bus arrived in the car park and the driver advised me to use the lefthand barrier which did let me out.”
“First time we have used plane parking, reasonable price ,found the car park and arrived at terminal no problem, the only negative I would say although it was probably our fault for not paying attention to where we were dropped of (it was very early morning and dark) ,it would be good to have instructions on how to get back to the pick up point as we were standing at the wrong place and there was no telephone number on our paperwork we had to ask another car park pick up point where to go”
“Very competitively priced compared with other car parks in the area. No problem from start to finish. Number plate recognition on entry and exit, plenty of parking spaces and you only have to wait a few minutes both ways for the airport shuttle……highly recommended.”
“Firstly the good news. Plane Parking is amongst the cheapest at Edinburgh airport. This is because of the distance it is from the terminal building.
Now the reality. After being dropped off by the Plane Parking bus, there is a long walk to the terminal building along an uncovered pathway. If the weather is poor, you get soaked and cold.”

“Book before arriving friend didnt and paid 4 x as much as we did Which was shocking considering it’s the same space in the same car park for the same duration, camera picked up the wrong reg but was easily resolved when exiting, other than that was easy and short walk”
“I never used the parking and tried to cancel. I contacted the airport as when I tried to cancel online it said it had no record of booking. Although I have email s and money came out bank. Still waiting to hear back from airport. Still not heard yet and that’s been 10 days now since I contacted.”
“Great service and went without a hitch. Will definitely use again. We were a very early flight so was dark and there were little, if any, signs to direct you to the airport entrance. A light up large sign would make a difference.”
