Sadly, all of my large Christmas order inc my turkey, Christmas pudding etc etc never arrived, and communication was very poor when trying to establish what what going on. I’m now left with no Christmas food. When I finally got through to speak to someone, all I get is an apology, no offer to send again, a voucher as an apology etc. I will never use Pipers Farm again.

I haven’t received my package, I have tried several times to contact someone and also highlighted on your FB page and still no response and I have paid £125 and received nothing.

Christmas delivery due today, DPD email that they are expecting a package but no tracking information arrives. Website says they are very busy but no information. Only when I check Twitter do I see there is a huge issue between them and DPD and it seems my package isn't going to be delivered. Really poor communications by Pipers Farm. I'm now looking for replacement Christmas food.

We were due our Christmas delivery from Pipers Farm on 20/12. DPD didn't deliver it. I fully understand the courier systems are swamped and that customer service for Pipers will be too, but after 2 days of trying to get into contact with Pipers Farm I have received no help at all. The Customer Service has been non-existant/not contactable. DPD have also been no help in getting back to us either. So, even if delivered now it will not be safe (an extra 48hours+ for perishable poultry and pork) to eat. Since Pipers Farm aren't replying to phone calls and emails I have no way of finding out if they are resending it or issuing a refund so I can make alternative food arrangements.

Bit difficult to review as I still haven't got my Turkey, it was supposed to be delivered on Wed14th by DPD but still hasn't arrived

Order was not delivered on the day it was scheduled, I was only informed after emailing and phoning that there was a delay and would not be delivered until the following day. Order did not arrive the following day either. I was provided tracking information that was incorrect for my order. I have now requested a refund.

The order did not come. It was not delivered. I have emailed twice and called to get a refund but no one has got back to me and it is now 7 days since the due delivery date. It is a shame as I have used them before and the meat is good. I wanted this for Christmas and now I am stuck and out of pocket £125 with no refund.

The delivery did not arrive on the day, which was due to DPD but not great support and communication in managing that so we had a day and a half at home awaiting the delivery. We got given the delivery refunded and a £10 voucher, not a very substantial apology. Great quality meat but a shame about this service.

Very disappointed Raw Milk was off all 8 pints. No refund even offered. Won’t be ordering again.

The delivery did never take place. I am very disapointed with the chosen delivery company. I called and they told me that the parcel was delivered to the wrong address and that they would re-deliver the parcel. This did not happened

Delivered to the wrong address and left in the sun . Customer services contacted myself and offered 10% discount on my next order. I don’t think I will order again . Oh yeh apparently you can re freeze this meat!

I was extremely disappointed with my recent purchase. The diced beef shin was just tiny little off cuts no bigger that the top of my thumb, the brisket flat was as thin as a sheet and half of it was point meat. I had also purchased some oxtail about two months ago and this was two scrawny tail tips and two larger pieces that were at least 50% fat. For the money these purchases cost I felt the quality was extremely poor

I’ve ordered the same item before and it came in little sealed bags. These came in like paper bread bags.2 of the bags the balls had spilled out and I’ve put them in to sealed bags. I think all of them have cracks in the top of the dough as if they have been left unsealed and I left one out to defrost and it had a crust on it that is unworkable. I am very un happy because I had to take them all out to defrost Take the crust off them ( taking some of the dough with it ) and re ball them and put them back in to sealed bags. I’ve ended up with 14 balls. Also delivery was left out in 32 degrees heat and on top of my building sand with sand flies all over lucky there was non in the box

Belly Pork. I understand has fat content but around 90% is not acceptable. A poor response from Pipers. We bought chicken from here and added the pork as a make weight. We now have sourced organic free range chicken boneless thighs locally so will not be buying from here again.

Pork Belly is one of our most popular cuts and is loved for the sumptuous fat which renders beautifully giving the most delicious crackling We do say on our website:- If you are looking for slightly a leaner joint of meat to roast we would recommend our loin of pork as our pork belly is very fatty. We were looking forward to a Friday treat when our delivery was due ,however the whole package was frozen not fresh so no treat . Overpriced for frozen goods which was not what we wanted.Would not recommend or use again. Very disappointed.

So sorry that you did not see on our website that we send everything frozen as we believe freezing is nature's way of preserving food, It is one of the benefits of shopping with Pipers Farm. Ordered an Organic duck, breasts and legs for the Queens Jubilee weekend on the Tuesday 31st May, for delivery Saturday. No problem. Money was taken from my bank account on June 1st. Sorry to say no order arrived on Saturday and of course they were closed until the Monday. Phoned then to ask why my order wasn’t delivered and it was blamed on a Computer error. No apology and I had to ask for my payment back which still hasn't arrived. My bank is now redressing the problem. Not a good way to do business and a great way to ruin a Jubilee weekend!

I had a BBQ at a friend's party down south a few weeks ago and had your meat, I'm sorry but it wasn't very good very expensive and the delivery costs too much. Sorry I won't be ordering from your company.
