“Pipers came highly recommended and it hasn't disappointed: the meat has been excellent with the bacon being especially good, but all the pork products we tried were full of flavour, as was the chicken. Placed another order for a family visit and I'm looking forward to trying the fish 2hivh was a welcome option.”

“Very impressed with the service delivery. The cuts I ordered were a good size and the quality was great - I don't eat meat myself, but I could tell from the smell and the way the meat cooked that it was good! I will be shopping again to buy meat for my family as I like their ethical farming values and no waste approach.”

“I've been buying from Pipers Farm for some time now and just love the quality and taste of their meat. Not too mention the more unusual cuts of meat l can buy, if you haven't tried Ox heart - try it, so delicious slow cooked or stir fried. l can buy bones to make highly nutritious bone broth, and the meaty flavoursome chicken wings are one of our favourites too. Everything is carefully packaged in recyclables and delivered in top condition, still frozen and freezer ready. I won't go back to supermarket. We really enjoyed the free sample of organic whisky, Thankyou Pipers Farm!”

“The valentines menu was lovely. Nice steaks and very tasty mishroom sauce. Always good quality from Pipers! The downside is that we took delivery on Friday 10th and all of the meat in the order had started to defrost. The box was far too big without any packaging. We couldn’t re-freeze so had to eat most things over the weekend. Luckily some of the meat order was missing!!”

“Bought first order for a birthday celebration. Everything we ordered was delicious, certainly hoping to order again. Amazing packaging, have used wool in the garden to protect plants too, as an added bonus. We tried the lean beef mince which was perfect for burgers. You own turkey burgers were superb, and the steak and ale pie was perfect. The beef broth was useful and good as a base for soup. We also tried the redcurrant, rhubarb and vanilla skyr yoghurt which was deliciously thick, and the mature cloth bound cheddar which was a good traditional cheese. We would not hesitate to recommend these products or Pipers Farm. The delivery was fine too.”

“Valentine's Supper. The steaks looked good but overall the meal deal did not appear to be very good value. The packaging was unsatisfactory. The outer box was ridiculously big. The contents were not secured. The fruit compote plastic pot and one of the sauce plastic pots had split and fruit compote had leaked over the other contents. The order was for Valentine's supper and I had ordered it to be delivered on the 14th for freshness. It arrived at just after 5pm on the 14th still part frozen. I had to defrost the food before I could cook it. Given that this meal deal was for a specific date, Valentine's night, it should have been made very clear that the food would arrive frozen. Had I realised this I would have ordered the food to be delivered on the 13th. We have had previous good experiences with Piper's Farm so I'm afraid this was a disappointment. Pipers Farm need to pay more attention to detail in the future.”

“I’m very proud to buy my meats/ dairy items from pipers farm. Knowing the animals are rained as mature intended is amazing not only that it makes the meat so much more nutritious especially the delicious venison/ox/lambs liver. Every cut of meat is to die for and you will find amazing cuts of meat that you won’t find in your supermarkets. Please don’t just take my word for it try it yourself!”
