“Really fantastic products, very pleased with the emmer flour pasta which is hard to find. Great to be able to order in the morning and receive it the next day! Very helpful on the phone too. Will definitely be ordering again.”

“I've been asked why I order from Piper's Farm as compared to the local supermarket it appears expensive, especially on a limited budget. But for me it is worth every penny for the following reasons:- The animals are treated with respect and live a good life. Ordering is easy and the attention given to making sure as much as possible can be recycled is great. Many items are packaged in single portions which, as I live alone, is very helpful. Everything I've ordered tastes great !!!”

“I am very pleased to have found Pipers Farm, I was looking for grass fed, quality meat and this is the best source I can find. Ordering and delivery are great, all packaging can be recycled/used. The quality of the meat is excellent, I also like the small packs, the right amount for two people. Highly recommend.”

“The quality of the meat and produce is outstanding; it is tender and tasty with a comprehensive range from nose to tail. Delivery slots are numerous with times that suit a busy lifestyle. Customer service is fast and efficient and the lady on the end of the telephone is very polite and helpful. Superb, keep it up!”

“Site easy to use, delivery on time. The meat cooked really well, was lean and tasted delicious. Great that it is 100% grass fed, this is very important to me and my family. Haven’t tried the other products yet but will defiantly order from Pipers farm from now on . Thank you”

“Love the quality of the meat/dairy. You do seem to run out of mutton and venison a lot, would be great if these were in stock more often as I prefer mutton over lamb. The main thing that I think could be improved is the waste of the wool packs you use for delivery. Some sort of collection as Riverford do of boxes/wool packs would be great as I feel awful throwing them out every delivery even though I know they degrade. I live in a top floor flat in London so I don't compost.”

“Sadly the customer service following a query was not what was expected - it came across as very corporate and I'm pretty sure the approach taken would not be what the owners of the company would be pleased about. Left me disappointed as a repeat customer over a number of years as the food has always been excellent. Just shows that a poor customer experience over a small matter can taint one's views of a company, and was unnecessary.”

“I don’t need to review the individual meats - they’re always top quality, well butchered and very tasty. My only comment would be on the delivery. I like to shop locally whenever possible, cutting down on food miles, so I was shocked to discover that my order had travelled from Cullompton to Taunton via Birmingham. Maybe, in future, I could collect from the farm as I have in the past?”

“I've followed Piper's Farm for a number of years on social media but living in Scotland I wasn't sure how I felt about ordering from somewhere so far away. After trying a few farms near me and not being able to get clear information on how the animals are kept and raised I decided to give Piper's a go. And I'm so glad I did! Their products and choices are fantastic. Really top quality flavor in the meat I've cooked so far. I always make chicken bone broth after cooking a chicken and the quality of the broth from their chicken far out weighs what I've made before, absolutely down to the quality of the bird and the life it's lived. The packaging was fantastic, almost all of it was compostable and everything was fresh. Would highly recommend not only for the quality of the products and the packaging but for the ethos of how they nurture the product they produce. And they don't cost the earth!!”
