“The only time we eat meat and dairy is at Christmas when we have meat eating guests to stay. For this reason it is extremely important to us that the welfare of the animal and respect to the environment are high priorities of the farm we source the meat from. Piper's are the people we would always choose to go to and it is a pleasure to support such a wonderful farm. The duck was delicious,it arrived well packaged and on time. “This is the first time I've bought a Turkey crown from Pipers Farm and it was absolutely outstanding. I cooked it as per the instructions you gave and it was incredibly juicy and tender. I must admit I was dubious about cooking it without foil or any bacon to cover the breast but I am now converted! “One of the best turkeys I have ever tasted along with a lovely relaxed Christmas Day even though we were cooking for 6. Plenty for the 4 meat eaters with left overs! Pre-stuffed & so easy to cook. No waste at all! Delivery was excellent as well as storage and cooking instructions. Pigs in blankets, bacon and cranberry sauce all so delicious. Will be ordering cheese board next year too.
