“As an elderly pensioner, I am not sure how to rate this company. The produce purchased was nice & service empathetic, however the transport company they use (DPD) is bullying, vilely humiliatingly abusive, untrustworthy AND dismissively exposing the deliveries to theft. So will unfortunately I will not be purchasing from Pipers Farm again despite their £5 (around the min DPD delivery charge) gesture future discount voucher. So to the overall experience, less than a ZERO if possible.”

HI David, Thank you for your time on the telephone this morning. I am so sorry that you were disappointed with your recent delivery and I fully understand why. I was pleased to hear that you were delighted with the products and Customer service that you received from us here at Pipers Farm and it is so disappointing when our hard work is let down by our courier partner DPD at the delivery stage. Thankfully, we receive very few complaints regarding DPD deliveries (less than 1% of the orders we send) but we do take your coments very seriously and I am sorry that your delivery was so disappointing. I have shared your feedback with DPD and asked they investigate further. We will continue to review our courier options and collection options and I thank you for sharing your experience.
