im pretty new to Pipers farm but my first order of beef ans lamb were fab , iv just put another order onfor the free range chicken ,steak and beef sirlion and if the last order was anything to go by this next one will be as good , no problems with delivery comunication nothing just as smooth as the taste of their produce , im happy iv found at last a 1st class online supplier .Belinda Smith

The meat is beautiful and so tasty, just melts in the mouth once cooked in my air fryer and very well packaged - Will definitely remain a customer!

Absolutely disgusted by the shoddy level of customer service I've recived this time round on my order. An error on the Piper's Farm website meant that they'd automatically allocated a different date for delivery, meaning that the food wasn't here for my special celebration lunch. My order confirmation even said 'Delivery Date:' but with a blank space and no date on it. I emailed them well before the delivery date which they seemed to have randomly decided for me, and said I'd need to cancel the order as I won't need the food or be in to take stock of it, but Piper's Farm have repeatedly ignored my emails and just tried to pass the buck. This is my fifth time ordering from them but I won't make this mistake again as the customer service is really really disappointing, and they have refused to take responsibiity for their own website error.

Easy to navigate web page, all items delivered very well packaged. I purchased 10kg beef bones & 10 chicken carcasses for broth. Very reasonable prices. Delivery driver very helpful. Would definitely recommend, will certainly be returning when I’m all brother out!

I was excited to place my first order with Pipers Far, a £35 basket of quality meat, including hard-to-find organ cuts. As a first-time customer, I received a promotional email offering a discount code. But when I tried to use it, it didn’t work. Only after digging through a very very long email did I find a tiny line in a tiny font at the bottom: a £75 minimum spend was required. This wasn’t made clear upfront, and as a new customer, it felt misleading. When I raised the issue, customer service was polite but dismissive. No goodwill gesture, no apology, just a vague note that my feedback would be "passed to marketing." I wasn’t expecting the red carpet, but a small gesture or even genuine engagement would have gone a long way. Sadly, this left a sour taste. I want to support ethical, local food producers but trust and clarity matter. I hope they improve how they communicate with new customers.

Very pleased with the chicken, pork steaks, and gammon which was very tasty. The sour dough bread unfortunately was very hard and stale could not cut slices Very well had to toast most of it and discard the rest which was not a good experience.

The grass fed beef I ordered was exceptionally! Very high quality and superior flavor compered to any highstreet supermarket. Packaged brilliantly, with ice packs and insulated box. Came exactly on the day I requested. Highly recommend and will be buying again. Thank you

I’ve written a few reviews now for Piper’s Farm, but really the best advice I can give, is to try it yourself; we have not looked back, 90% of the meat we eat is from here. If I could, I’d like to visit the farm!

Having just began eating meat after being vegetarian for 30 years I did a lot of research to find the right places to get my meat before I made the final decision to reintroduce it in to my diet. I couldn't believe my luck when I found Pipers Farm, what a beautiful wholesome ideal opportunity for me to go from vegetarian to promoting an ethical way to eat meat. I have to say I was over the moon. My husband, who has always eaten meat, commented that the quality was that of a 5 star restaurant. When my first order arrived, I was taken aback by not just the quality, but even the way everything was packaged. From the individual packing to make measurements easy for defrosting, to the fleece used to keep the food insulated. I have also had a phone call with Pipers Farm as I needed to make some changes to my order and they were so very helpful and all my needs where met without fault Thank you Pipers Farm 🚜 we love you!

We have been receiving our meat from Pipers Farm for quite a while now and are really pleased with the quality and service. The meat has no comparison to supermarket meat for taste. We prefer grass fed as we believe it is healthier.

Great meat, however terrible customer experience We bought a ham for Easter - and guess what - no cooking instructions! They say: you get cooking instructions REALITY: you get a card with their social media that says to find instruction there They say: go to our website for cooking instructions REALITY: no link to any cooking instructions Great website for buying, terrible post sale experience no support for actually cooking the products they sell - which would be fine, but they promised the instructions
