Pipers Farm produce is absolutely bloomin’ brilliant! All of it, whatever you buy it’ll be delicious, been buying from Pipers for about 4 years now and the food never disappoints. The beechwood bacon though 🤤

Delicious duck, fed three people on Christmas Day and have still got the legs and the wings to do something else with. We had to have supermarket duck in the COVID lockdown year - there is no comparison.

I haven't tried all of the meats yet, but so far so good. In terms of suitability, I have two comments. 1. Just to simply use paper tape rather than plastic tape on box packaging. 2. Whilst most of the packaging is recyclable, which is great, the freezer packs are not. We use a company called 'Different Dog' for our frozen dog food. They offer a service where you can return ALL of the packaging so it can be reused. Pipers might want to look at how they do this and offer a similar service. Thanks. Paul.

Anticipation of excellent quality sustainable products and quality butchery.. I have bought all my meat for Christmas and the New Year, which included a 1.5Kg unsmoked Gammon joint. Disappointment. As recommended, I had the joint soaking overnight and hob cooked it this morning. Then removed string, at which point it fell apart. I had expected it to be a deboned gammon as shown in the attached website photo, not two different pieces held together by the string. After removing the rind and the fat attached to it, I was left with 815 gm before the roasting. Taste. Excellent tasting meat. Shame about the quality of the butchery. As an aside, I notice that all the cooked ham on offer has the large gammon cut, not the two piece I recieved. I am hoping for better with the deboned stuffed chicken tomorrow, and the boned and rolled rib of beef on New Year's Day

Delivery failure... again. Ordered a Christmas delivery as a gift for friends. Ordered one month ahead. No delivery on the day I'd chosen. No delivery the following day. No delivery the day after that. No contact from Pipers to say there would be a delay or to advise when the package would arrive - until an email from the delivery company announcing the imminent delivery - four days late. When I responded to a Pipers Farm Facebook post about despatching Christmas orders, I got no response, then a day later - when I posted again about still not getting a delivery or delivery advice - I got a response saying the package was out for delivery that morning (I'd already been told by the courier company at that stage). No explanation for the delay. No apology. This is the second Pipers gift delivery that has had botched delivery. The other one also arrived days late. The product can be as amazing as anything, but if it is let down by poor service and totally unreliable delivery - then it is all for nought. It is embarrassing to ask friends or family to wait in for a package.... and nothing arrives.

This was my first purchase from Pipers Farm. I was very impressed with the packaging of the gift. The item was delivered promptly, and the courier gave me a time slot to ensure I would be at home to receive it. There is an excellent range of products to choose from and the prices are very reasonable. It will certainly make a gift with a difference, and I shall be using Pipers Farm again.

I received my order on my chosen date. My order was packaged well & arrived intact. So far I’ve tried the lamb & mutton, the meat had quite a bit of fat deposit, however on removing it (treat for the foxes) & cooking it , it didn’t affect the flavour, both tasted amazing & were very flavoursome. I would definitely do a repeat purchase.

We placed our Christmas order in early November, all products ordered were shown as being in stock, sadly when our order was delivered two of the products were not as ordered. One item was missing completely and one was substituted, we received no email in advance informing us and the missing item was not credited until I raised the matter with Piper's. We are local to Piper’s and try to support such businesses, regretfully on this occasion Piper’s fell short of the standard we would expect.

I won't be ordering from Pipers Farm again...I ordered a 4.5kg Cockerel for christmas day and a 3.8kg cockerel arrived...When i phoned them to discuss they reluctantly apologised and refunded £8! That's fantastic, thanks Pipers! What good is £8 going to do on Christmas Day! Had they told us they would be exchanging for a smaller bird then we would have ordered elsewhere! Totally unacceptable Pipers!
