“I took my 91 year old Mother to have her ears unblocked and she was treated very kindly and with patience. Everything was explained clearly and she had a very good experience. Very pleased we chose Pindrop.”

“An excellent local service to have in Winchmore Hill. As ear wax removal is sadly not covered by the NHS anymore, my GP referred me to Pindrop. The suction process was explained in detail throughout, and I was able to see my eardrum on the equipment screen. All personal were friendly and professional.”

“Assessment was very good but I had to call and ask for a copy of report after two weeks to book an appointment with doctor. This was in spite of the promise I will get a copy when it is sent to doctor. Not happy with this part of communication as I missed doctors appointment before I go on vacation.”
