“Excellent visit to Pindrop Kings Road today. Georgia provided a welcome cup of coffee on arrival (it was sleeting outside). Elizabeth's checkup was very thorough and her advice and explanations were clear and helpful.”

“Harri made me feel extremely comfortable, he explained thoroughly what to expect during the tests and was diligent at checking I was feeling OK. He made sure I was sitting in the waiting area after the test and had a cup of tea before I left. It was a 1.5hour test during which I felt cared for and treated sympathetically. I would highly recommend Pindrop Hearing!! Michelle, London”

“A 5 star review for a top service & treatment. I have been using Pindrop in Winchmore Hill for a few years and my experience has always been very satisfactory. “On the 21/10/25, Myself and my husband visited the Harley Street branch. On entering the building the receptionist spoke to us straight away giving instructions of signing in and which floor to go to. There is a lift in this building if you can't use stairs. Arriving at Pindrop reception, Fiona was attentive speaking to us immediately we walked through the door and checked us in. She also asked if we would like a drink, nice touch. We went into my appointment and saw Hari/(Harry). He was excellent asking what had brought me to Pindrop today and gathered background information. He then explained everything that was going to happen to reasure me. I did a hearing sound test in a see through sound proof unit within the room. Once that test was complete he thoroughly explained the next test that he was going to do reassuring me all the time. After the tests had been completed he thoroughly explained the results to myself and my husband. The results were sent to my consultant that afternoon. Excellent service and I would recommend Pindrop to anyone needing private hearing tests.”

“I am so pleased I found this clinic after googling for hours on end - and I knew they were the right clinic for me when my initial enquiry was answered immediately on Monday morning following my Saturday email. The service was excellent, clear/ focused from the start, and the cost was easily the best value I could find anywhere. My appointment was confirmed the same day for within two days, there was no waiting around and on my attending today the premises were absolutely spotless with friendly and very helpful staff. The appointment itself was a test series with high end tech administered by a very professional and attentive specialist who explained the process, and afterwards the results and their impacts. Later, even before I arrived home the test results and covering letter had already been sent to me, that’s how efficient this company is. Just to close please may I just finish by thanking the Pindrop team at Harley St for their kind and thoughtful service and I have no hesitation in recommending you to others as your an excellent company.”
