“I had an excellent experience with Pindrop Hearing. Tayla immediately put me at ease. Photographs were taken before and after. Tayla explained the procedure and got to work. I had a lot of wax buildup and it was quite a job but Tayla was determined and managed to pretty much clear both ears, and I can now hear properly again. Would certainly recommend to anyone who has earwax problems and I for one will be visiting Pindrop again if/when the wax buildup returns. Top service. Highly recommended.”

“A very good experience at Pindrop. My appointment was for ear syringing. Tyla was very welcoming and immediately put me at ease. She explained the procedure and carefully examined my ears. I was very impressed by the equipment that she used. The procedure was done quickly and painlessly. This was by far the best experience I have had anywhere else I've been to over the years. Would thoroughly recommend, especially for nervous patients.”

“Excellent manner from a properly trained audiologist, Zhuqueelah, with follow up wax removal and audiology reassessment to adjust the prescription according to any deterioration, plus deaf aid maintenance. Original assessment by a previous audiologist, Christina, included ordinary audiology plus hearing tested against background noise. Hearing aids routinely paired with blue tooth so that they can be adjusted via the app on smart phones according to circumstance, eg restaurant, back ground noise etc. This is a much better service than what is more routinely provided in the uk by dispensers who are not qualified audiologists. Caveat emptor. I am a doctor, and routinely recommend this service to my patients”

“I have just had my first six month check up with Pindrop Hearing. I am completely satisfied with my hearing aids. They have never given me any trouble, easy to use and very small. No one can see them even when I point them out. My check up went very well and I am once again so impressed by their expertise.”
